Great job. Very neat. Very fast. Very personable. Jack's son and helper fixed a leak in a very old shower head and snaked a slow bath tub. Showed up on time. 3 man company so you know you're getting the same people.

Jack not only had the best solution for replacing my ""gray pipe"" but went the extra mile with inside shutoff valves etc. And offered other helpful suggestions and drywaller suggestions to complete. I also used his drywall person who did an excellent job.
Both were professional and did their best to complete the projects in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Very nice and trustworthy companies. I wish I would've known about him and had him complete the whole replacement before my first and 2nd connections broke and had to have emergency crews from other companies repair at a very expensive rate.
Well worth it in the end to have it all done and never worry again.

Rental agency for our house used Jack the Plumber when there was some water spots showing on the ceiling under the kids bathroom. SUPER professional guys showed up. No access panel to check connections, so had to make a few cuts in the wall board to check the pipes/connections. Thorough work, recaulked everything as well. Left portions of wall board to make repairs easier, covered everything when doing drywall work, cleaned before leaving. Also installed an access panel to permit checking connections if problems happen again. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been using Jack The Plummer for 10+ years whenever I have plumbing issues. He returns phone calls within hours and is available either later in the day or next day at the latest. Jack is not only knowledgeable, doing great work, he teaches the homeowner how to complete small projects so that we may save money. Jack doesn't attempt to sell newer or more expensive products unless I specifically ask for it. He's all about educating his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
