I highly recommend JS Pump Service! Tyler promptly responded to our service request and accurately diagnosed the problem. More importantly, he was extremely flexible when we ran into some challenging access issues than necessitated a skid steer to remedy. They got us up and running as quickly as possible. Very impressed with these hardworking and honest people!

100% recommend Jack Sissel Pump! Amazing response time, no crazy unnecessary sales tactics, just a reliable hard-working family Team.
I called on a stormy, windy miserable day and they responded to my call in less than an hour and came out 45 minutes after they called me to assess the issue. My pump had failed and they had my well / pump up and running in less than a day (during a major storm). Super grateful to this Team.

Amazingly helpful company. Called them about an undisclosed, dormant well for a buyer, I'm a realtor, and they told me to send pics. Jack himself called me back within a few hours and explained it all to me so I could reassure my client. They're lovely and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

When our pump went down in the middle of our business day a live person answered the phone, they were on site in less than an hour and the pump was fixed within an hour after that at a very reasonable price. It doesn't get any better than that!

Called and arranged a site visit for a quote. No reply to several emails. Thanks for wasting our time. Go elsewhere.

My pump failed late Friday night. I called early Saturday morning, and Tyler responded within the hour. He got us working but indicated that the pump was apparently failing. He and his partner Dustin were our early this morning. In less than 1 1/2 hours, the replaced the pump, 100' feet of pipe, and a control unit - very professionally and at a fair price. We can highly recommend them. They were professional and very friendly and easy to work with.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review. After telling this company several times that I thought the system wasn't put in correctly - with such a small pressure pump that it turns on each and every time water is turned on - they said it was fine and didn't change it. So now I have to call a new company to fix the problem.

My family and I just moved to our new property in February. Three days ago our well pump went out so we decided to call the number that was on the pump. We have no shower, no running water in our home, no water for our pigs or chickens and have just planted thousands of dollars worth of landscaping and never received a call back. This morning after reaching out MULTIPLE times we received the below message.

From Tyler:
Do to not getting paid in time last time you will have to find another company to work out there. Thanks

For this company to make assumptions as to who we are is completely uncalled for. We are not the previous owner, I do not know what happened prior to moving onto this property and we do not owe you money. We just need our pump fixed so we have running water.

Fast, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Thanks to Tyler and his brother for getting my air tank back on track very quickly! Long time local and family run business, I truly appreciate their integrity.

Tyler at Sissel Pump is a joy to work with and, after my recent experiences with three other local pump companies, he is the only one I dealt with who I feel is completely honorable. After my explaining to the other companies about some strange noises coming from our pump control box, they all wanted to sell me a new pump (especially once they learned that my current pump is 26 years old). I called Sissel, spoke with Tyler, and he explained to me that if the pump was going out, it wouldn't make any noise at all, it would simply stop pumping water, so he felt that the issue was with the control box. (I know, I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that I hadn't figured that out myself. But neither did the guys from the other three pump companies I'd called, two of whom came to the house and still seemed to think the problem was with the pump itself.) Tyler came out the next day to take a look at the control box and the setup for the pump, reiterated his opinion about the control box and recommended a new one. He came back and installed one the following day, and the noises stopped. All for less than one-tenth the price of the pumps the other companies wanted to sell me. Whenever my old pump does finally die, I won't waste my time calling anyone other than Sissel Pump & Well.
