I booked an appt a week in advance for a sewer leak repair and the morning of the appt they called to tell me that my appt was cancelled due to lack of available plumbers.

I would have thought they could have let me know before the day of my appt.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JACK HOWK PLUMBING TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

Luckily I found a reliable plumber to do the job.

Alex saved the day! We had a 2 inch water service break that was flooding the neighborhood. We called Jack Howk and Alex arrived within an hour. Assessment and bid provided, down payment taken and excavation started within 30 minutes. Problem repaired quickly and efficiently. Then Alex patiently explained the cause and risk associated with other parts of the system. We corrected these issues and are up and running by the following day. Thank you again for your prompt and professional service the day before Christmas Eve.

Called rescue rooter for an sewage back up emergency, they sent 3 technicians out. They were awesome and kept us in the loop the whole time. They worked tirelessly out in the rain, and left my house clean. They also were incredibly personable and helpful! I will be calling them if ever needed in the future.
