Very professional company. I had to have major plumbing work done due to a broken exterior water pipe. I had a new water tank installed also. Mr Edmondson's office informed me of the City of Philadelphia's Help Program
thru the Water department. It is an interest free loan. Saved me money. Speaking to the City inspectors Mr Edmonson is very respected. I tell you, this man is honest so you can trust him. The employees arrived on time as scheduled and what impressed me more was that Mr Edmondson came also!!. They did excellent work. I highly recommend this company.

Miles and his crew installed a new swear and water connection in my house. I had some issues the next day and they were incredibly responsive and out the next day (a Saturday) to fix the issue. When I had more (unrelated) flooding a few months later, they were out the next day again. Very responsive, very professional, good work.

I was a long time customer of Jacks he installed my very first heater and when it was time to upgrade I asked him to do the job. This obviously doesn't mean much to Jack . My heater would not come on during the terrible blizzard we just had and I called Jack and left several messages which he never returned . I had to call someone else. If I were you I would find someone else or he will leave you in the lurch too.

I called Jack Edmondson when my heater stopped working. They said someone would be out between 9 and 11 am. No one showed and no one called. When I called to find out what the status was, I was told that he must have run into a problem and would not be able to come out. There was no offer to come out later or the following day. I guess they weren't interested in my business so I took it else where.

I have known Jack Edmondson for 15 years since I came to this community. He has serviced both my business and my home. We actually have him listed on our non profit website as a go to local business because he's such a decent man and I trust him so much to offer me good sound advice and not take advantage of the fact that, let's face it, most of us do not understand plumbing. I've given his guys the keys to my house to fix things when I couldn't be there and never worried for a second that things would be done and in order when I got back.
He's come in the dead of winter to fix the furnace and the brutality of summer heat to keep the air moving. His guys triple triple triple checked when our drainage system didn't work when we bought our office and it appeared we would be faced with the dreaded new connection to the city rip up the sidewalk bill. They gave it one last heave ho and managed to push the blockage through, saving us thousands of dollars. This is a small business where you can deal with the man whose name is more than just on the truck and that means something to me.
