Chris V.I am a retired heating air conditioning tech with 30 years experience. I just purchased a home in Delaware & noticed a running water problem with my water cooled trane condenser heat pump that's located in my crawl space, not an easy place for servicing so I called donovans who was familiar with my house from the past homeowner. I explained who I was & that the issue was most likely the taco geothermal valve was bad. so I turned out to be right but the mechanic came with no parts on his truck so he drove back to the shop to retrieve part came back with only halve the part IDIOT so made a second trip which turned out to be a 2 hour service call which I paid for along with doubling the price for the valve A REAL WELCOME SCREW YOU TO THE NEIBERHOOD. I certainly hope this is not the common practice for new arrivals in Delaware....
