Jack Dollar plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I called when I had a broken flapper on my toilet. They were able to come to my house within the hour and fix the problem. The man was very polite, nice, and ready to work on the problem. I have a very old toilet with cast iron parts. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. It was fixed in no time! Pricing is reasonable and I will need a replacement toilet in a few months. He fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself, and left the room very tidy. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call him back when the toilet needs replacing. Planning to do that in a few months. I highly recommend this company.

Very profesional and friendly. He was able to come to the house at very short notice. The work he did was very affordable. I needed to change my food disposal in my sink because it was backed up and not working. Very good price compare to all other plumbers in the area. I highly recommend this plumber. When a national chain plumber quoted me an outrageous dollar figure to fix a shower valve leak, I called around. I am glad that I called Jack Dollar plumbing, they saved me a lot of money, did great work and patched the drywall hole they had to make to reach the back side of a shower valve. a coworker stated that her plumber did not patch up the drywall.

Jack Dollar Plumbing delivers on service, price, respect and process. few can claim these qualities in balance. I stayed out with a Lowe's estimate for a simple water heater replacement in my garage and became dismayed at the price and quality of explanations and customer interaction. I asked a local plumbing supply business and my HVAC company of choice for recommendation. to my surprise they both said the same name...Jack Dollar Plumbing. they were right. the company clearly and regularly communicated, explained the scope of work with associated costs, showed up on time, respected the work site, took the time to teach me the proper way to perform routine servicing, picked up the product from Lowe's despite them being made to wait an inordinate amount of time, they were efficient and proficient but did not seem rushed, friendly yet serious about the task and appreciative for the business. It is no wonder their business model of depending on references rather than advertising has worked very well for them. though they charged half of the Lowe's estimate I feel confident in sharing they provided a superior service to what I would have paid Lowe's for. As a service member, I value having a list of trades businesses I can trust to take care of my family and home when I am away for extended periods of time. JDP is now securely on the list. Highly recommend JDP!

We had a sewer problem they came out, found the pipe drilled a hole in the pipe and all the backed up water came out. Then our toilets flushed and the tub emptied. The plumber said it's fixed. $200.00 fee. Next day same problem, called them can't come out till Monday. Its now Monday and they tell me it'll cost me another service call. Why I asked, they said """"everything was working when we left"""" I told them all they did was relieve the pressure of the water that was backed up in the pipe, they didn't fix the problem. Never calling them again!!!
