Kenny E.They were dispatched by my home warranty company to diagnose a water heater issue. They showed up, very quickly took a few photos, collected their service fee, then said that they would send the report to home warranty company. The home warranty company called a week later and informed me that they haven't received the report yet and every time they contacted J Walton Plumbing, the lady was very rude and would hang up on them. The home warranty company ended up having to drop J Walton and send another company that isn't just trying to rip people off for service fees, and an urgent repair that should have taken around a week is still ongoing a couple of weeks later.
