Wallace came out to fix my clogged-up kitchen sink. I called him in the morning and he said he'd be out before noon and he was. He did the job quickly and the price he charged was competitive. I'm satisfied. Will probably call him again when I need more plumbing help. He says second time customers get a discount.

I was driving Northbound on 50th East just leaving the traffic circle when this Driver with the JW Plumbing Van attempts to pass me at the curve on solid double yellow lines! I was traveling 55 Mph and the driver of the Plumbing Van was coming towards a on coming vehicle and didn't slow down and get in back of my vehicle. I had to slow down to avoid him hitting me and or possible hitting the other car head on. What a Stupid and Dangerous Driver this is. I don't know if this was the owner of the Company or an Employee? I did nothing wrong here at all and this Driver driving the JW Plumbing Van almost cost someones Life today! What a Liability for this Company. Should of never crossed double lines on a curve and for that reason there was a car coming and Thank God! I will never use this Plumbing Company and will tell everyone I know not to use them either.

Wallace is always accomodating to make sure the issue gets done ASAP. He's trustworthy and so far very affordable. I've used him 3x's to fix a busted ceiling pipe, replace and update an outdated 1950's pipe with the connected showerhead and now house gas line and water connector for my water heater. So far so good

I've used JW for a couple of years now. My last repair- installation of a clean out drain didn't go as I had expected. However, Mr. Wallace called me and came out immediately to ensure that I was 110% satisfied with the work he performed. His skill set is undeniable he is a master at his craft. However, what is more impressive is his INTEGRITY! He could have declined to come back, as the check had cleared. But instead he took the high road and offered to make me happy! I just love being happy :-) More importantly, he honestly cares about his clients and I trust him and will most certainly use him again and again...as long as I have these kids running around clogging up drains. This is the second time I've went with JW. The first was my main water line had a leak under my concrete walkway to the front door. Didn't really notice it until I got the water bill for $210 right when they came out with the water restrictions. I saw the water meter gauge spinning with no water running in the house. They had to use a jack hammer to get at the cracked pipe under the concrete. Dig through a lot of roots and dirt. Only charged $250.

The second time was the main water line again, but about 20' away from the house. This was 6 months after the first time. I noticed a patch of grass growing really green and a week later it was really mushy and wet. Again the water gauge spinning with no running water inside the house. They dug up the lawn and had to chase the leak. Fixed it and put the grass back nicely so you really couldn't tell a big hole was dug in the front lawn. It will grow back seamlessly after a few weeks. $200 for this fix, good price.
