Fantastic team - called in at 830 am- they made an immediate appointment from 10-12 am -- they showed up 11:05 -- spent an hour diagnosing a very tricky issue that ended up being a solenoid inside the washer, the cause of lack of hot water throughout the apartment - Go figure! Super cordial TeAm and will use them again..

Went with this company due to good reviews. The gentleman that came was nice and professional, and finished the job in a timely manner. There was a miscommunication with the pricing which I'll share the blame for. I should've asked how much the job in Total would be. The gentleman thought I knew about the service fee, which I didn't, so the total was a bit higher than expected. We worked it out in the end! Apparently this information was supposed to be given to me by the scheduler/receptionist, but wasn't. Still would recommend this company for the actual service, but you definitely should ask for grand total 1st! :)

Came home from hurricane to find my kitchen garbage disposal backing up into my bathtub. Beyond gross. Called Freeman and the lovely dispatcher got two guys out on same day, even earlier than expected. They called before they came, were polite and efficient. They've got my business!!

SUPERB SERVICE !!! We had a back-flow of shower water into our beautiful Gainesville Rental Yesterday - August 18, 2016. The New Tenants were as surprised as we were and I was called by Mr. 'Tenant' informing me that his Mrs. 'Tenant' was mopping up water that had been regurgitated from the Shower Drain. We were in immediate need of an excellent plumber and since the Plumber that we had used for years had retired - I was very concerned about how I was going to find a competent, qualified, Plumber or Plumbing Service - for immediate help and where I was not going to be ripped off because this was an emergency situation. We used YELP to search for our Next Plumbing Service Provider and went with JW FREEMAN PLUMBING because of all of the great ratings. I phoned and spoke with 'Marty' the Mom of the Owner and she was amazing, understanding, knowledgeable and so very helpful. She informed me that they were fully booked but that she would do everything they could to help us. We were transferred to 'Alan' - who stated that they would try their best to fit us in and would return our call shortly. Within 15 minutes, Alan returned my call and said that sometime between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM they would be at our Rental Property. Our New Tenants were so relieved ! The JW Freeman Plumber arrived at about 5:45 PM - snaked the line, ran all of the toilets, checked under ALL the sinks for leaks, flushed the toilets over 10 times, ran the washer - and called me to tell me that they RAN A CAMERA !!! into our septic line to find that the City of Gainesville Line was filled with branches and that was the reason for the Clog. He informed me that He had already Contacted GRU and reported the problem so that they could further assist us to have this permanently resolved. WOW ! In today's day and time, this is no longer seen. This is the Excellent Service of Years Gone By - BUT HERE THEY ARE ! and We are so grateful to have found them. OH and the price ? We were shocked that it was under $200.00 !! Incredibly reasonable !! They are NOW on our Books as our Permanent Plumbing Service for our Gainesville Rental.

I highly recommend JW Freeman Plumbing, LLC. I initially called with questions about performance issues with a water heater and to free up a water supply line from my washing machine. The person I spoke with at the office was friendly and was able to schedule someone the next day. There was a misunderstanding about the day of the appointment which resulted in a one day delay but even factoring this in, the company was great. Joe, the repairman, was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The appointment was fast but professional and all repairs were completed for a very reasonable price. I not only recommend JW Freeman Plumbing but will call them again for any future plumbing needs. Oh, the best part, my water heater had nothing wrong with it...a simple temperature adjustment was all that was needed...can't believe I overlooked that! I forgot to say Joe was honest too. Five stars JW Freeman!!

We called to have a washing machine faucet and outdoor faucet fixed and replaced. These guys scheduled a visit quickly and were extremely fast and thorough in completing the job. Prices were reasonable and the plumber was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend!

New to Gainesville and renting a house that I know NOTHING about. Had some clogged drain issues and needed a plumber - FAST. I chose this company solely from reading the Yelp reviews and everything everyone previously wrote was right on point. Jimmy answered the phone right away and I explained my problem and he more or less gave me a diagnosis over the phone. He even estimated a price - which ended up being about $20 more than what he originally said, but at least it gave me a credible idea of what to expect expense wise. When I explained to him that I was renting the home, without prompting, he looked up the address to see if it was in his system so that he could direct bill my landlord/owner. I thought that was cool. He had someone out in a few hours - exactly when he said they would arrive - and they had problem solved within 1 hour. He explained to me what he found and why the issue occurred and I felt at ease knowing I didn't cause the problem and that it was something that probably wouldn't occur again. Friendly, reasonable, efficient, professional. Everything you want in a plumber.
