A running toilet may not be a big thing but when you can't even refill the bowl that ups the ante. Joel Urbina was here after a morning call. He looks sharp, well spoken, knowledgeable and found a way to fix the problem without selling me on an exorbitant fix. Notably his service was very affordable and I intend to use Freeman's from now on ( sorry Angi. I got this!).

SUPERB SERVICE !!! We had a back-flow of shower water into our beautiful Gainesville Rental Yesterday - August 18, 2016. The New Tenants were as surprised as we were and I was called by Mr. 'Tenant' informing me that his Mrs. 'Tenant' was mopping up water that had been regurgitated from the Shower Drain. We were in immediate need of an excellent plumber and since the Plumber that we had used for years had retired - I was very concerned about how I was going to find a competent, qualified, Plumber or Plumbing Service - for immediate help and where I was not going to be ripped off because this was an emergency situation. We used YELP to search for our Next Plumbing Service Provider and went with JW FREEMAN PLUMBING because of all of the great ratings. I phoned and spoke with 'Marty' the Mom of the Owner and she was amazing, understanding, knowledgeable and so very helpful. She informed me that they were fully booked but that she would do everything they could to help us. We were transferred to 'Alan' - who stated that they would try their best to fit us in and would return our call shortly. Within 15 minutes, Alan returned my call and said that sometime between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM they would be at our Rental Property. Our New Tenants were so relieved ! The JW Freeman Plumber arrived at about 5:45 PM - snaked the line, ran all of the toilets, checked under ALL the sinks for leaks, flushed the toilets over 10 times, ran the washer - and called me to tell me that they RAN A CAMERA !!! into our septic line to find that the City of Gainesville Line was filled with branches and that was the reason for the Clog. He informed me that He had already Contacted GRU and reported the problem so that they could further assist us to have this permanently resolved. WOW ! In today's day and time, this is no longer seen. This is the Excellent Service of Years Gone By - BUT HERE THEY ARE ! and We are so grateful to have found them. OH and the price ? We were shocked that it was under $200.00 !! Incredibly reasonable !! They are NOW on our Books as our Permanent Plumbing Service for our Gainesville Rental.

I've used several other companies in Gainesville and these guys simply outperformed the rest. Everything from start to finish was A++. Not only did they arrive incredibly fast they saved us 50% of what we thought we were going to pay. They performed multiple jobs all in one day. Highly recommend.

We live in a rural area so that fact that JW Freeman would travel to us was a great start. I received outstanding service for the replacement of my garbage disposal starting from my initial phone call and ending with an informative, professional visit by David. I always like to learn about things, and David provided me great information about the lifespan of a garbage disposal, the maintenance of my new unit and the company's approach to service. All told, I could not be happier! Thank you, David and JW Freeman...we will call you with our next plumbing need.

I left a msg late evening prior to James coming out about a plumbing issue and received a prompt call 8 o'clock in the morning. I had left a few messages with other plumbing services the night before, but they hadn't called back @ 8am so I was a little nervous. I really needed service on our quadruplex asap! He went himself to the property in such short notice and called to let me know that another plumbing company was already there. Of course, that was not JW's fault because there was miscommunication (with the other plumbing service and myself; I was unaware that someone was sent out). James then called me to tell me that the other plumbing service was already there & he would just leave and not charge us. Long story short, although I didn't use JW Freeman Plumbing this time, I am definitely impressed by his professionalism, promptness, attention to details, follow through and customer service skills are excellent. I know I will keep him in my """"rolodex"""" for the next job I will most definitely need him to do in the future. James, YOU GET A 5 STAR RATING FOR 100% EFFORT. :)

Came home from hurricane to find my kitchen garbage disposal backing up into my bathtub. Beyond gross. Called Freeman and the lovely dispatcher got two guys out on same day, even earlier than expected. They called before they came, were polite and efficient. They've got my business!!

During the initial inspection, the J.W. Freeman employee spent a solid 30 minutes with us hashing out all the fine details that the work would entail. Then we had a couple other companies come in, but they stayed for no more than 5 minutes - the choice was obvious even if the price was a little bit more. The person who came to do the free audit set the bar very high. These technicians did phenomenal work! After realizing that the main supply pipe to the house was already made of PVC, the men on sight agreed to save us more than $500 since they didn't need to replace that part! You better believe that I will spread their name around town for the excellent work they put into this job. I had to call up the technicians a few months later because I realized a spigot didn't work properly. For no fee whatsoever, the technician came back to us and for completely free of charge fixed the issue without complaints. These guys are friendly, professional, and willing to work through the brutal Florida summer. Kudos to you, gang! Thank you for your hard work.

So our pipes decided to start leaking as old pipes do. I did a quick search and found a surprising amount of plumbers near me, so I chose one and mistakenly called a different plumber. I reviewed that service already but after all those shenanigans I got into contact with J.W. Freeman. It was like night and day; the difference in customer service was astounding and honestly they brought me a whole lot of relief when I needed it most. First, they sent someone to check the situation out and give us an estimate. The plumber, BJ, showed up exactly when they said he would, which was amazing because I didn't have to waste my day waiting around for them. BJ really made me feel like we were a priority. He was very honest and gave us some very reassuring words that brought us some much needed peace of mind. They sent out another plumber, who came within a few days to fix our pipes as well as install a new water heater. The service was fast, non-intrusive, and, most importantly, was properly done. The pricing was very fair. But the did charge us a 3% up charge for paying with a credit card.
