Fantastic team - called in at 830 am- they made an immediate appointment from 10-12 am -- they showed up 11:05 -- spent an hour diagnosing a very tricky issue that ended up being a solenoid inside the washer, the cause of lack of hot water throughout the apartment - Go figure! I called J.W. Freeman on Jan 2 right after the new year and they were able to get my hot water heater replaced the next day. That's amazing service! The service tech told me what was going on, laid out the options of repairing or replacing, but the age of the unit made sense to replace. I called JW Freeman Plumbing to reconnect the kitchen sink and install a new faucet and disposal after getting new counter tops. BJ called to say he was on his way at the scheduled time and after I showed him what I needed done, he proceeded to complete the job efficiently and completely. BJ was very polite, organized, and explained everything completely! He even looked at another remodel job I was considering and described what needed to be done and offered a no cost estimate when I was ready to proceed. The cost of the work today was extremely reasonable and BJ even made sure everything was drip free and working! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Great job BJ and JW Freeman Plumbing! On 1/15/20 I had the inlet valve on my water heater fail which flooded my master bath, closet, and portion of my master bedroom. I caught it early which minimized the damage but still needed to repair the inlet valve. I called JW Freeman after 4pm, and after explaining my problem, they had someone here before 6pm. The repair was properly made using new brass fittings, Simon explaIned what he had to do, and all was completed in just a few minutes, and at a REASONABLE price! JW Freeman customer service is #1!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE! Another plumber recommended them, so that says a lot. We had Mike come out to give a quote for our worst-case scenario, to resolve a problem we have been dealing with for 10 years. Instead of giving us an estimate to bash up our floor and re-plumb our two toilets in case we put a hole through the drain with a chain knocker, he CLEARED our toilets in 5 minutes by clearing the jets, FOR FREE! HE IS OUR HERO! They give you a 1-hour window, text and email you a photo of the technician when they are on the way and are very nice. Look no further in 352. These are the people you want!

We called to have a washing machine faucet and outdoor faucet fixed and replaced. These guys scheduled a visit quickly and were extremely fast and thorough in completing the job. Prices were reasonable and the plumber was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend!

I have tried to schedule 2 appointments with this company the first was about 1 week ago they gave me a call time between 12-3 and we made arrangement to be home but had an appointment at 4:00pm they called at 2:55pm and told us they would be there in 30-40 minutes I informed them we had to leave at 4:00pm so they rescheduled. I spoke to them personally and made arrangements for someone to be at the house by 8:30 this am as I had to get to work by 9:30 so need to leave the house by 9:15. At 8:45 when no one showed up I called and their response is our call time is between 8:30 - 9:00, the plumber showed up at 9:00am and I informed him that I had to leave at 9:15 so he indicated he could not complete the work in 15 minutes so recommended we reschedule. This company has no consideration for the customers time as my wife and I both work so are not at home waiting for service agents. You would think that as a first appointment someone should be able to get there by 8:00am but that obviously did not happen This is just bad customer service

I needed a dishwasher installed and I called on a Friday afternoon at around noon. The man on the other line was very nice and told me he could arrange for someone to get out to my place in the two hours. In no time the plumber came out and was installing my dishwasher. They were up front about pricing and how much the charge per hour. The plumber that came even offered to take my old dishwasher for me downstairs and to take the old boxes for me. I was overall very satisfied and would recommend them for any plumbing services needed. The plumber also explained what he was doing and why certain tools were necessary. This was very courteous instead of billing me extra and not telling me why.
