Very unprofessional and unreliable! Jerry kept saying he would come to do the work next week but after waiting two months for him, we finally gave up. When we gave him a final chance to do the job he promised to do, he was rude on the phone - not even an apology for keeping us waiting all this time. Needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. There are plenty of better options out there. Stay away!

Jerry Van Horn has been our plumber for over 32 years. He has been able to solve just about any plumbing issue we have ever had in our homes. In a couple of instances when I had to use another plumber for work from a contractor or for an immediate emergency that Jerry could not come for- I was sorry that Jerry had not done the work. I know I can trust Jerry's knowledge and his advice for the best possible solution for each challenge we have met. I got his name from Someone Else. I called him and he could come that Morning, but I could not do that time, so he were to come in the Afternoon, but he did not call or come, so I called him, he asked if could come the next day. He came the next day, fixed the 2 leaks right away, and his price is good. We would have him back in the Future, if we need heating or Pluming
