i have dealt with this company twice now and have been majorly impressed both times. They have been exceptionally pleasant and helpful (from one of the employees talking to me at length when I happened to be in a plumbing parts store at the same time he was) to responding quickly (a BIG problem in my town) and fixing the problem. The second issue was a water heater that blew a hole in it's top, but due to it's location (dirt floor under house) was not really an emergency for me. Scheduling wise it was going to be 4 days to get here, which I thought was reasonable since it was contained and controlled, but they called me back the next day, came, and got it taken care of by shifting their schedule around to accommodate me because they didn't want me without hot water for 4 days. I wasn't feeling as bad as they were! This is a level of service and consideration I am not especially used to. The plumbers who came were very pleasant, FAST and efficient. They cleaned everything up, took all waste (including the old insulation blanket from old heater) with them. i liked them. I am happy, and that is not easy! If you need a good plumber, look no farther!

What a great company! We have had this company out to my elderly parents house for minor plumbing issues. Then the whole house needed new pipes. They did it all in one day, and stayed pretty late. My parents were able to get back in the home that evening. They understood the situation with my Dad being in bad health and they got the job done! All the guys are so nice, and respectful. When I call to ask questions, Diane is a pleasure to talk to. This company was a pleasure to do business with, and my whole family highly recommends them! We need a gas line plumbed into our living for a new gas fireplace. I spoke with Diane at the office first, she was terrific. Very pleasant and took care of what we needed, asked the right questions and scheduled the technicians. Day before the appointment Jim Trent called asking if they could come out one day early due to possible rainy weather the day of our original appointment. It worked for us and mid morning Kevin and David showed up. Both were extremely helpful and got the job done well. We now have them scheduled to replace all of the plumbing faucets in the house. The entire crew at Trent plumbing is great and I'd highly recommend them. Thank you all.

Jim took personal time off on a Sunday to drive up to look at our water heater and spend a lot of time grubbing in the dirt.:

Thing 1: He did his best to dismantle our hot water heater and determined that despite his best efforts, it would need a new unit.

Thing 2: The next day, his crew with David and Kevin put in the new heater which was done promptly without any drama. Great service, super friendly!

J Trent Plumbing is awesome! I called for a quote for a new water heater and they were able to do an inspection, provide a quote, and perform the replacement in the same day. They were competitively priced, friendly, and did a great job. While they were on site they were even able to take care of a couple other issues I was having and worked with our propane company to make sure we had everything set up correctly. I called them this Monday afternoon and got a live person--after calling many plumbers the week before and getting no call backs I was so happy! I had two problems--a propane line leak and a leaking water heater. JS West confirmed the propane leak and shut it off so I needed a plumbing company to detect the leak and fix it. JTrent Plumbing . Jerry Jones arrived at my house Tuesday morning to examine the situation and give an estimate. He was amazing--he got right to work and crawled threw a small space in my stairs and immediately found the problem--I had a severe leak at three points of my propane line and we never knew it because propane is heavier than air and sunk way down below the enclosed stairs and created a dangerous pocket of propane gas. He tested everything and dug around to find my propane lines and narrowed it down to plumbing under the stairs and front deck. He gave me an estimate to fix and also told me their crew was available and could come up and replace my water heater with a new tankless system. He discovered that a tankless system had once been there and said they could save me money because the infrastructure was already there. He even offered me a split payment plan! I told him to do it all---the other crew showed up and they worked all day! JS West came out when they were done late afternoon and inspected everything and we were Don by about 4:30. These guys are amazing! Jerry and Kevin did a great job---they are local and I can call them any time!
