Jay the plummer is so reliable. We had Jay put in a new gas water heater in February of this year, but noticed 8 months later the pilot was not staying lit. This was a manufacture issue from Bradford White the company who makes the water heaters. Jay helped us right away and got the part and installed it right away. This plummer is so trustworthy, reliable, honest, and so efficient. He is the one to call to get your job done ! We will continue to use him for other plumbing issues as well. He returns all your calls promptly and is always so kind and willing to help.

I called every plumber in town and J was the only one who answered my call.

We woke up to realize there was no hot water but it was something we knew was going to happen eventually. We knew when we bought our house we were on borrowed time. The problem was...this was THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! We weren't sure anyone would be willing to help us but J not only answered my call but gave us a quote (that he honored) based on pictures and the job we were asking him to do. Then he showed up that same afternoon and we had hot water before dark!
Our holiday wasn't ruined and now we have a brand new water heater that we won't have to worry about any more. It was just one more thing we could be thankful for.

On the first really cold night in the mountains, my hot water heater went out. I sent a few pics to J and he researched the model # and warranty information. My unit was old and out of warranty so I made the decision to replace it. He came out the very next morning and not only installed the new unit perfectly, but he also helped secure the structure so that no critters could come in and do any damage. He is very professional and responds quickly. I highly recommend J for service needs in Big Bear.
