They responded right away. I called and they were there within 2 hours. Price was ridiculously high - $400 for a small leak and installation of probably $2-$5 worth of hardware. If it was a more reasonable number ($200) I would hire them again, but I will be searching else where.

Do not use this company. I called for a simple issue that I did not have time to address. Tech showed up hours late with an iPad and no tools. He went through quote after quote before diagnosing the problem. I could tell it was just a sales job and told him I would get someone else to come out. Got another plumber out and simple fix cost me $125. JT pluming wanted me to agree to over $1000 before he even looked at the issue. Don't waste your time.

I called to request the company come to my home to just give me a quote on the work to be done. The technician did not need to diagnose my issue, or anything other than tell me what they would charge to fix the issue so I could determine if they were the best option. They provided me with a few options in cost but performed absolutely no actual work, and then charged me $59 just to give me a quote. That to me is outrageous. Quoting me what it would cost is a businesses way to try and win my business, it should not be a way to charge someone for the opportunity to work with them. Pure extorsion, I am glad I did not go with this company, but beware if you call them, they will charge you just to look at your issue even if you know exactly what you want done. I highly recommend you go with a more ethical company to do the work.

Had two pipes frozen with the recent cold. Scheduled an appointment to have this company come and evaluate then fix those for 8am-12pm the next day. They cancelled via text at 11am the morning they were supposed to be here. I called the company number to inquire about the cancellation and they said they cancelled all frozen pipe service calls that were scheduled. The only solution they offered was to have me drop some water to prevent freezing. But the pipes were already frozen, to the point where we could not drip any water. We stopped looking for a plumber once they confirmed our appointment. Now we're stuck with two frozen pipes and no help. Please don't schedule appointments you cannot keep. Especially when your services are called on to prevent a small problem from turning into a bigger (burst pipes can cost 10k to fix) problem. Website claims 24/7 service but that's just a third party scheduling service that apparently overbooks. Please use someone else so that you don't end up like us.

Do NOT use this company!!! This company's plumber is not professional, made a big mess. Turned a small job to a big one so they can charge more. We just had a small leak from a shower handle part wear and tear. It took their plumber several trips and several hours to find it. Made a hole on the ceiling. They charged $500+ to fix the shower handle leak. We had to spend another $500+ to fix the ceiling hole. And then after 4 months, this company called us and ask us to pay another invoice of $290+. So the total cost is $900+ to fix a shower handle leak!!!???

Contacted for a back up garbage disposal. Was told it would be between 11 to 4. At 3:30 was texted and told they weren't going to make it. I could have called another plumber in that time. Earlier communication would be appreciated.

Had a small leak from our toilet. The scammer (plumber) told me I needed a brand new toilet for $1000. All it needed was a tank cleaning and some new bolts. Decided to take care of it myself but still lost $450 to this company because they told me after the fact that my money was non refundable. Absolutely do not use these clowns. They will over charge you and take as much money from you as possible. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company because zero work was performed and they refuse to reimburse my down payment.

400$ to snake a drain is extremely outrageous. Paid the 59$ drain consultant charge for them to leave. Purchased the equipment and solved the problem and it was still less expensive after the estimate and purchasing a snake

Took advantage of me being a single woman! Charged $400 for a $7 part and 30-45 min of service. Asked to get a call back from a manager and they haven't called me back after 3 days.
