This plumber scammed me. They charged me almost $500 to fix a leaky toilet. After the 20 minute job was completed, the toilet leaked as before and when I scheduled another appointment to have it fixed, they didn't show up. Too bad plumbers like this are allowed to have a license. Take your business somewhere else.

Deceptive, overcharged by about 400%, failed to provide any documentation on the product I purchased or on the warranty after J.T promised to do so. I gave him several opportunities to make this right before writing this review. Now for the first time ever I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Talked to Justin on the phone twice. Sent him my information like he requested by text. Set up a time for him to come to my house to check out my plumbing issue. No show, no call. Disappointed.

I had a leak in my basement. It turned out that it was the compression fitting on a toilet upstairs and I was able to fix it myself. I appreciate that these guys did try to get right back to me and would have had somebody out today. Next crisis I'll go back to them.

JT Plumbing was absolutely amazing when one of our water heaters died. He came out to diagnose the problem himself and didn't charge for the visit. He came and replaced the old water heater with another plumber and was done so fast I was surprised! The work was impeccable and JT was incredibly friendly and helpful. He didn't even laugh at me when I didn't know if we had gas or electric water heaters! LOL! I will use JT Plumbing in the future for all plumbing needs, without hesitation. Our water heater bill was exactly what he said it would be and we are thrilled! Thank you JT!

We had a great experience with JT plumbing. They were able to rough in our basement bathroom and put lines in for a basement bar within a week. Their prices were reasonable too. Would definitely recommend them.

I called Justin after my water heater blew out the bottom from just being too old. I was desperate to have hot water as I had just had a surgery a few days before this. Needless to say, I was an emotional wreck and needed help! I called a whole laundry list of places to get quotes and see if anybody could do it immediately. Not one place offered to come out after hours... PLUS, they even gave me quotes for the end of the week! A week without hot water?! Not happening! Justin was the ONLY business that gave a fair price and didn't want to just blow me off. He came out within the hour and I had hot water later that evening! He was professional and even had to take apart my gas line cause it was in the way... He saved us!! A million Thank you's Justin!
