He provided a detailed description of how the product works, showed me other options and the pros and cons to each before we decided on which was the best for my application. Needed a Water Softener, Water Filter, and UV Filter installed; and Well Expansion tank and Hot Water Heater replaced. JSquad gave me a quick and reasonable quote. JSquad was able to get me a bigger, more efficient Heat Pump Water heater instead of a regular Hot water heater for the same price as the other guys by advising me to wait a few weeks for a Manufacturer Rebate program.

Work went excellent, and answered any questions I had along the way.

Work went slightly over expected time (2 full days instead of 1.5 days) due to a broken part from the manufacturer but JSquad was able to go to a local dealer about an hour away to replace the part on the morning of the second day.
