These guys were awesome! Jesus gave an estimate over the phone (others wanted to charge us $100.00 just for an ballpark estimate). , so we had a general idea of what it would cost. This time we were having them replace a water heater. Super careful moving things, truly treated our home like it was their own. I must have texted Jesus a a dozen questions coz I am anal and he was always responsive. Excellent job They are my go to plumber!!! Great service nowadays is hard to come by (post COVID) ! So it awesome finding such a great company. I highly recommend J Sewer and will use them every time for all my plumbing needs!

We had a few instances where we needed to call this company. They are always prompt and efficient. They know there is usually a sense of urgency when you call for a plumbing issue and they are able to schedule you in quickly. On one occasion we called to have them fix a leak in our basement which turned into a larger issue involving our sump pump. Totally unexpected but they were able to fix it quickly and the cost was minimal (or as minimal as it can be when talking about a sump pump). We will always call these guys first!

The first company I called wanted to dig down alongside our catch basin to replace the blocked sewer pipe for a shocking price. In need of a second opinion, I called J Sewer & Drain Plumbing. Jesus came out and assessed the situation with a much more efficient and sensible solution. He was able to start the work immediately and was prepared with all tools necessary, plus some. Within a couple of hours, the sewer pipe was cleared and flowing properly for $7450 less than the first company's estimate. I am very happy.

Jesus replied quickly to my quote request to fix my clogged garbage disposal. He was able to come within an hour and a half and fixed it up in no time.

He gave me advice for how to keep things draining and clean.

I decided to ask him to take a look at a few other projects I have in mind, including a sump-pump backup battery. He took a look and saw that a piece of my current sump pump had broken off and my water was high. He fixed the unit with a temporary fix, drained the water, and did it for free.

I'll definitely be using Jesus for my future needs - he was friendly and knowledgeable - and, importantly, shared his knowledge with me so I can take care of my home.

I had to update this review after having J Sewer & Drain back for a new issue. I called about a leaky sink and within an hour and half they were here, and quickly fixed the leak. I also had 2 slow draining sinks which they were also able to fix. The work was done well, quickly, and for a fair price. I appreciate their honesty and quality work.
