Diego came out this morning and completed the inspection of the building's main sewer line in an efficient manner while explaining everything he is doing and looking for. I will have no doubts about using J Sewer & Drain if I ever have plumbing issues. Communication and scheduling the appointment was spot on as well.

Jonathan is one plumbing guy you can trust and one of the few out there you can refer to friends and family for his reliability, honesty and integrity.
Pre-pandemic and post pandemic, it has been very challenging to find trustworthy contractors, plumbers, workers who charge reasonably & finish work on time, plus know what they are doing.
Good to know there are still some out there like Jonathan we can rely on.

Called and Jonathan was able to dispatch someone very quickly to our 3 unit building. Once the plumber (Milton) was on site, we were quoted $800 as a starting price for rodding out a kitchen drain. The price was because they had to ""disconnect"" the washer and move it, when the drain pipe was easily accessible. Also, pretty sure kitchen sinks are rodded from the kitchen sink drain pipe not the washing machine drain pipe. Very happy with the response time but very unhappy with the resulting quote and assessment, as the owner has sewer rodding starting at $295 rodding a sink drain is much easier and smaller equipment. We will now get other quotes from other plumbers as this seemed very high.

These guys were awesome! Jesus gave an estimate over the phone (others wanted to charge us $100.00 just for an ballpark estimate). , so we had a general idea of what it would cost. This time we were having them replace a water heater. Super careful moving things, truly treated our home like it was their own. I must have texted Jesus a a dozen questions coz I am anal and he was always responsive. Excellent job They are my go to plumber!!! Great service nowadays is hard to come by (post COVID) ! So it awesome finding such a great company. I highly recommend J Sewer and will use them every time for all my plumbing needs!

We had a few instances where we needed to call this company. They are always prompt and efficient. They know there is usually a sense of urgency when you call for a plumbing issue and they are able to schedule you in quickly. On one occasion we called to have them fix a leak in our basement which turned into a larger issue involving our sump pump. Totally unexpected but they were able to fix it quickly and the cost was minimal (or as minimal as it can be when talking about a sump pump). We will always call these guys first!

The first company I called wanted to dig down alongside our catch basin to replace the blocked sewer pipe for a shocking price. In need of a second opinion, I called J Sewer & Drain Plumbing. Jesus came out and assessed the situation with a much more efficient and sensible solution. He was able to start the work immediately and was prepared with all tools necessary, plus some. Within a couple of hours, the sewer pipe was cleared and flowing properly for $7450 less than the first company's estimate. I am very happy.

Jesus replied quickly to my quote request to fix my clogged garbage disposal. He was able to come within an hour and a half and fixed it up in no time.

He gave me advice for how to keep things draining and clean.

I decided to ask him to take a look at a few other projects I have in mind, including a sump-pump backup battery. He took a look and saw that a piece of my current sump pump had broken off and my water was high. He fixed the unit with a temporary fix, drained the water, and did it for free.

I'll definitely be using Jesus for my future needs - he was friendly and knowledgeable - and, importantly, shared his knowledge with me so I can take care of my home.
