I hired them to come out to clear a clogged kitchen sink. The service was good, but the price ended up leaving me feel a bit ripped off. They charged $475 to clear the drain. The normal price is $275, but they added an additional $200 to take off a garbage disposal. So $475 in total for a job that took about 30 min.

I have hired J Sewer & Drain before. They provide outstanding service, at a reasonable price. Other plumbers wanted to send out an estimator, and then have a plumber come back on a future date. J Sewer immediately responded to my request, and had a plumber at my property in less than two hours.
Having agreed to go ahead with Luis' estimate, he proceeded to install new water line connections on a bathtub faucet. What made the installation challenging, was that there was little or no room to work a wrench on the copper pipes, because of the bathtub's proximity to a wall.

He was up front about the pricing and gave quotes for 2 scenarios, depending on whether they needed to remove the toilet. The plumber who arrived, Milton, was polite and worked very quickly. He did end up having to remove the toilet but had all the tools to get it done on the spot. J Sewer & Drain really came through in a pinch!

If you have a hint of a sewer line issue - call these guys! We had a sewer smell in our basement - had a well known rooter service come out and they hit a snag and suggested that we jet our line. Their cost estimate was very high - so I called J Sewer. The quote was a third of the well known rooter service - and the work was amazing! Jonathan from J Sewer showed me where the blockage was in our line - under the street - and waited to show the village (via cam) the issue. Hire these guys!!!
