Joe came over to check my toilet that kept draining after the flush had been completed. He changed my flappers and charged me 95$ no problem. The problem continued, I asked him to please come back and check the situation. He agreed and never showed up. I messaged him again and he stopped responding. I had to call another plumber who came and quickly fixed the issue. I'm really disappointed in Joe. I would never use him again

Joe is a LIFE SAVER. We just moved into an old home in Newman and within a few days we had a major sewage backup. A different company was sent out through our home warranty and they misdiagnosed the issue and were ready to charge us thousands of dollars. On a whim, I decided to call Joe at J&S. He squeezed us into his schedule and came to our house just a few hours later. Within minutes he had cleared the line and resolved the issue! We are incredibly grateful for his efforts. From now one we won't even bother going through our home warranty, we'll just pay out of pocket and call Joe since I know he'll do the job quickly and correctly. Thanks again, Joe!

Joe is great!! He is reasonably priced and does great work. He is very busy so you may have to call a few times to get him, but he is always good about responding back when he has time. We have referred our parents to him and have used him previously. He installed our tankless hotwater heater. He had hooked up our last one 10 years ago and has also found a leak for us in the house a few years back. Great guy. You wont go wrong hiring him.

I had a laundry list of plumbing issues needing attention on two properties with old galvanized pipes (106 years old, 74 years old)...leaky faucets, water shut-off valves, low water pressure, etc. J & S Powers Plumbing was able to address and fix all of the problems in a professional and timely manner, and at a reasonable price. The plumber, Joe, showed up on time each day and demonstrated his high level expertise while resolving a number of unexpected issues as they arose. 106 year old pipes...no problem. I highly recommend J & S Powers Plumbing (Joe) for any plumbing problem. Definitely a 5 star plumber!

This guy is unbelievable. I literally had a flood in my kitchen. I called Joe had used before and within 30 minutes he was at my door. He told me what I needed went out bought a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet, spent two hours replacing both and when finished he only charged me less than half of what I was expecting. If you are in the Patterson area he is the only plumber I would call.
