Rachel S.These guys are complete jokes. Called for a clogged sink. Did not bring any of their equipment or tools including extension cord, bucket, etc. They broke the window to go through it and our outside cap. They said they needed a different tool and never returned. Canceled the next day on us and said the following day they would be out. We fired them and since hired a new plumber who fixed our issue no problem and cleaned up their mess! Absolutely worst company. Not reliable in the slightest.
