Absolutely a horrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE!!! They charged me almost $800 to replace a wax ring on a toilet and they had to come out 4 times to do it because they kept messing it up. I am reporting their plumbing license to the state board. They should not be in business.

I called for an estimate to replace several copper drain pipes in my basement and in my garage wall. This was a large project. I had exposed the pipes so it was easy to see what work was needed. Paul Atou from J& S plumbing provided a very competitive estimate which was much less than the other estimate I had and he was able to schedule the work for later in the week. He and two others arrived later that week and completed the work in one day which was quicker than originally planned by using an extra man. He kept the work area clean and they took all of the waste with them. Paul is very experienced, very friendly and professional in his interaction with customers. I would hire him again for a large job like this

We received outstanding service from J & S Plumbing this week. We had a mystery leak that was a big concern for us. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and the plumbers were prompt the day of the appointment. Matt and Steven were friendly and professional. They did a thorough job investigating the problem and did a great job explaining the situation. After that, they completed the work quickly and the amount of the service was reasonable. Hopefully we don't have a plumbing need again soon but if we do, we would definitely call J & S again!

I've asked J & S to my home a few times in recent months, and have been extremely happy with the results. They've done a mix of small repairs and installs, and repair and reconfiguration of sub-standard work done by others in the past. I do believe I have found a plumbing company I can rely on!

Specifically, I want to thank Matt and Steve. They are obviously very knowledgable and experienced, and work very efficiently together.

Also important to mention, working with the office for questions and scheduling has been very efficient, and appointments are always kept and completed.

The young man (Patrick) was very respectful and fixed a my leaking kitchen sink and toilet. The charges were reasonable and excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

DECEPTIVE! I called them for an estimate today, after being referred to them then checking out their website. All over their website it says FREE estimate...yet when I called, the guy told me it's $98 for them to come out to my home & give me an estimate & if I choose to have them do the work, they'd apply the $98 to the job cost. I then told him that the website says FREE estimates, he said it was for something else. I even pointed out that the page on their website that covered the services I wanted said FREE estimates & he insisted it wasn't. He said I could email him pics & he'd provide an estimate based on that. When I sent the pics & a copy of his website & stated if he was going to charge me for the estimate, I would not use them, I never heard back.

This company is great, and I've been ripped off /(raped)) by others.. The work that was needed was minor, compared to other plumbing problems, but I need my shower to work! And I needed it now! (lol). I called some other ""immediate service"" entity on a Sunday night, and yes, they returned my call on Monday afternoon, long after I decided to look elsewhere. My experience with J&S was the life-saver. And my tech was INFORMATIVE (I'm a girl); GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE UP FRONT; and showed me how to work the plumbing in my house!!! lol You think this is nothing-- This was PRICELESS. And the repairs were reasonable. I vote J & S Plumbing! (and no, I'm not an advertisement, I'm just excited and glad.)
