My warranty company referred me to them, They came, said water heater needed replacing, took my 100$ deductible, and I never heard from them again! Warranty company called a few days later to say based on the report we were not covered!! MULTIPLE calls and messages by me over several weeks to get my $ back were not returned!!!! THIS must be a scam!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We love these guys! We have used them for multiple issues and have ALWAYS had a fabulous experience. Terry has always been very cooperative and helpful when I call in a fluster because something is not working, and he always schedules us a visit ASAP. We have used these guys for our broken water heater (best prices I could find and most honest service), our sink installation, a pressure release valve, and a broken oven. We trust them and go to them for any possible fix we can. We have been in our house for 3 years and have used them 5-6 times for varying broken appliances or plumbing problems. Highly highly recommend!!

My warranty company referred me to J&S. The day they were supposed to show up between 10-12 they didn't. When I tried to call I couldn't get through the first time and the second time I left a message. They never called back. So I called the warranty company and had them call. After two tries they reached J&S. The technician said he never got the claim information and was booked that day and could not come to my house. Meanwhile this was day 2 of my hot water heater leaking and causing damage to my home. SO the warranty company had to call another company. J&S clearly manages their business in an unprofessional manner without regard for the consumer's needs.

I agree with the previous comment. I cannot get anyone to answer their phone to install my garage door openers; the guy disappeared and no one has returned my 5 voicemails.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Unprofessional, disorganized and caused more problems than I had when I orginially had them on site.
