We had a Rheem Water heater installed in November by an authorized installer. After 3 months the circuit board went bad...not the plumbing companies fault.

Where this becomes JS All Things Plumbings fault is that they are the Rheem Warranty repair company assigned to our project. They are the only repair company for Rheem in our area. JS came out to our house to assess the repair and found the bad part (Wednesday) They expedited the part and said the second it gets to our house (Thursday at 11:00 AM), call them to set up repair for the NEXT day. They said Friday wont work, but Monday between 8 and 830 would. Inconvenient...yes, but we understood.

Monday Morning when they called to dispatch, they had explained to them that my wife had to catch a train out of town and if the repair was not complete, they would have to leave and come back.

The owner of the company predicted a 15-30 minute repair, so the time slot available still worked This being said...the repair company showed up at 8:45 already shortening their time. The repairman spent 40 minutes on the project and predicted another 30 minutes to complete the repair....this all the sudden had to go to Plan B....leave and come back to finish (which was made know before they were dispatched. That's not what happened....they closed out the warranty information with Rheem in order to get paid by saying the project was complete. Now I have a half repaired water heater with the new parts half installed and they are refusing to come back. But don't worry...they are getting paid for the completed project.

We are on well water which is sending 40 degree water through all my lines for the last week and a half while trying to get this situated and now they refuse to finish repair because they are ""too far away"" and my wife and I got upset with the situation after they did not tell us they were not returning. Way to stand behind your work! Half finish a repair, refuse to come back, get paid in full, leave homeowner with no resolution...this company should be called BS All Things Plumbing.

Was initially referred to all things plumbing when I purchased a water heater from Lowe's. Extremely impressed with Bob and Gary. Gentlemen are friendly, honest and work neatly.

After they had done job for Lowe's, hired them to install a pressure reduction valve and fix a leaking shut off valve.

Again, Gary did a real clean install in a tight space. Friendly, honest.

Will definetly continue to use these plumbers. They are good and reasonably priced.

I have used J-S All Things Plumbing for several projects. Kirk always seemed very concerned and wanted to help make sure things were done correctly. Called June 5th to schedule an appointment to have work completed on 6/19. Kirk came out that day, looked things over and said that he would have to come back to complete the job since he was catching up after a vacation. He shared what parts that I needed to have when he returned. I had commitments this summer, but I have been texting and calling since 7/7 with very limited response. I have been calling for two weeks now and no one answers the phone. I was told that I could trust this company, but at this point, I would not recommend them to do any work since they appear to not care or stand behind what they say.

Knowledgeable, fast service for my emergency! They fixed my problem and also installed a water softener. They work clan and neat.
