Recommended Customer Reviews

They were so very helpful. I had three leaks in the bathroom. Several days after they left I thought there was still a leak in the shower. They immediately returned and after a lengthy search it turned out that its my short shower curtain. They were very nice about it.

Spoke to Christine and scheduled a service call 4 days in advance to perform rodding. I explained the urgency as we were experiencing sewer back up. Also made it clear that my wife would be taking the day off to accommodate their plumber. Guess what? Received a call from them 3:30 the day before their scheduled visit, to NOT confirm their appointment but to CANCEL! Poor business practice. Sure didn't leave me any time to make other arrangements! Beware!

Not the type to write yelp reviews but I walked past his truck apparently they live on my block... I needed a plumber for a new shower install and he came with a competice bid. Needed him to show up on a specific day and time to coincide with other contractors in my bath Reno- a team of plumbers and apprentices showed up and competed a full repipe of the shower into a nice stand up grohe finished result (I attached the fixtures a week later).
Good price and honest work on my bath reno. I'll be calling them

This company is awesome. They are very honest and upfront.Jose throughly explains everything to you. They have great prices and do wonderful work. I highly recommend this company.

I have several complaints about service to replace a broken water heater:
1. I discovered J Roque charged me $400 over the listing price of the new water heater. I discovered this by doing internet research and matching the Model Number with unit sold to me on a plumbing supply website. When I asked Mr. Roque to see the invoice for the unit he purchased and sold to me, he refused to show it to me.
2. Mr. Roque estimated that the work to install the water heater would cost $500-$1000 for labor and supplies plus the cost of the new water heater. Mr. Roque's men didn't know how to install the unit, they took more time to install than estimated, and I overheard them calling the manufacturer for help several times. Mr. Roque billed me in full for the extra time at $2700. His men also damaged my ceiling and floor in trying to install the new unit. When I challenged Mr. Roque about the damage and the bill, he yelled at me and refused to reduce the bill.
3. I refused to pay the bill in full, and Mr. Roque immediately put a lien on my property causing me additional hardship.
This is without a doubt the worst plumbing service I have ever worked with and I will never go back.

I had a mini bar I needed to get up and running, J Roque and his crew got the job done efficiently, left everything spotless when they were finished. Their office staff always returns my calls in a timely manner and works to schedule appointments quickly.

I had a leaky faucet, called J. Roque Plumbing and I was truly satisfied at how great, polite, & clean the plumbers were.

Very bad experience now!!! What happened to Timo Roque? The plumbers came out to look at problem. Looked at it for 10 minutes and said that they could do noting at the time. I asked for an estimate and a possible date to do service. In the mean time, I'm out the $200 for the visit. Their estimate, that I had to call and remind them about, was over 40% higher than other quotes for the exact same work. I was a previous customer but I will no longer do business with them!

They are a total mess. Terrible, incompetent customer service. I've spent hours in the past two weeks waiting for plumbers to show up. They were dishonest with me about pricing. I am out $200 and I still have the exact same plumbing problem I started with. I used to work with Timo and he did a great job. I was a long-time customer and I am done with them now.

Timo Roque I think was the repair man who came to install a new sump pump in my outdoor pit, which was originally installed by the local company Eveready . He was good but seemed confused by the electricity re-instalation. It turns out he didn't do it correctly and it shorted out the pump. Just had a professional Electrician come out to re-do the electric part and all is well. If basic hook ups' is what you need , probably not a bad company, although they could use a little help with the customer service part on the phone. Generally seems like an average company to deal with as far as i can see.
