Called to have my gas water heater relit. Technician showed 1 hr late. Relit water heater, was there for 10 min maximum and I was charged $140. I understand a minimum service call charge but $140 for that little amount of effort? JP (Opelika, AL)

We are extremely pleased with how well J Roarke Plumbing Co. installed our kitchen faucet. They also repaired two of our bathroom faucets. In addition to the service being reasonably priced, the technicians were very timely, meticulous, professional, courteous, honest, respectful--I could go on! Very highly recommended!!

This company caused a two week delay in our project because they failed to honor their commitments. They were rude and unprofessional. I see no evidence of integrity in their business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Recently called these guys on a Thursday and setup an appointment for the following Monday. The representative in the office answered my call right away and was professional. The assigned technician called me when he was on the way to my home. They showed up on time. They were quick to complete the repair, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely call them again.
