I will never call this campany ever again no more i never have service from them buI i try, calling them so many times . put me on hold then got busy signal I am minoritty . i live in Stanley Virginia for 35 years , 3Dovel Hollow Road jobs non stop .2 full time one part time. im sure they know me because 2 jobs in Luray Va and my most money maker jpb is Wallker Tenneco Muffller Harrisonburg Va number one making muffler in the whole United States .till present . My self thinking maybe they think im gonna run away or not paying they service my plumming . ask them polite respect them with dignity. im so proud i make lots of friends in county .I got joined at shenadoah new port church till now,to be honest with you i am minority im so proud of that , Im more i becasme A US Citizen 30 years ago . I Pay more taxes than JRex Burger oner , sorry i can feel the way they discriminate all the way from head too upset , wish you all continue always stay being prejudice. Im not mexican Mr Rex Burner and stuff.its your lost not my loss .

Called for them to inspect an outdoors faucet that was installed in December, faucet which I turned on today for the first time and caused water to pour in the kitchen under the sink (Faucets are back to back) , and man assumed that is because of freezing temps, when there isn't any freezing today.
I asked for a rework, and he said that was going to bill us and that if we don't pay he would turn it over the attorneys. Three winters here and this had never happened before with the old faucet.
This was the second time I used their services, and this will be the very last one. Unacceptable.
