J R Plumbing was able to fix our water heater quickly and professionally. No nonsense like we got from the company that originally installed the water heater but wouldn't take warranty work. I'm glad there are still companies out there that care about their customers. I'll definitely be calling them again if any plumbing issues that come up.

Our sump pumps failed during a big storm and we had a good amount of flooding in our basement. We could not be more grateful for J R Plumbing; they were the only one to answer our call at 3am and came out quickly. He fixed the issue, answered our multitude of questions, and was so kind. Fair and honest prices, we will definitely call them with any other needs!

Took multiple attempts to correct a fairly simplistic problem, told me the work would be covered under warranty from the first trip. Then I received bills over a month later totaling over $900. When I called for an explantation they told me they never said it would be covered under warranty, informed me that I knew nothing about plumbing (obviously or I wouldn't have had to use their services) and that this was the expected experience and a fair price. My advice if you plan to use this service would be definitely make sure you get them to commit to costs in writing at time of service. They just gave me a receipt of the work completed but no costs associated and had me sign (hence why I thought it was going to be covered under warranty per the agreement).

Had multiple drain issues, couldn't solve them ourselves, the two guys that came out were awesome! Did not overcharge at all on a holiday! I would recommend these guys for anything you need.

Called early this morning (thanksgiving) for emergency plumbing services to clear a clog causing overflown in the basement. Luke came right out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly with a fair holiday price! He was personable and left the area clean!

I will certainly use JR plumbing again and highly recommend them.

I can't praise this outfit enough, unclogging my upstairs kitchen sink drain that has turns around a window below in the wall. Years earlier had the same clog, plumber tried snaking, couldn't do, used Sawzall on ceiling below to replace drain pipe. Was left with hiring a plaster repairer & painter.
This plumber did not give up snaking, used different heads, a lot of effort & elbow grease & went out all 25 ft. Sink drains fine now.
