We have an older house so there were bound to have some problems pop up.

First time we called him we had a leak coming in from the main waterline feeding into the house due to a failed pipe fitting. He came the day of contacting him and fixed it right away.

Second time we there was a leak coming from the pipe feeding into what we thought was a disconnected water softener. We contacted him late in the afternoon and he came first thing in the morning the next day even though it was raining.

Next time we have a plumbing problem, you know we'll be calling Javier.

He and his team replaced a long underground leaky gas line in my front yard. The job involved excavating along the old line, replacing and testing all the hardware, then restoring the soil, sod, and adding seeds. Job was done and my yard was left in a clean condition with a working line within a few hours. Highly recommend!

Our shower head was leaking about a drop a second and getting worse. I figured I'd take a stab at repairing it but ended up getting more intimidated the deeper I went in. So I sent out a mass quote request and found Javier of J&R Plumbing. He replied promptly with a reasonable quote and immediate availability. Within an hour and a half after my request, my shower head was repaired and he did it for free! Turns out that instead of needing my cartridge replaced, which was the initial diagnosis, a good cleaning was all that was necessary.

Javier is a friendly, knowledgeable and honest worker. He even put shoe covers on, which was the first sign that I could trust him as a decent human being. I couldn't recommend this guy any more and will gladly give him a call the next time, if ever, I need a plumber.

Our water heater line going back into the house had a leak and was pooling about 2 pounds of water a minutes. J&R plumbing was the 2nd opinion and they were able to diagnose the issue and called multiple times to describe the work they were doing. While I had other plumbers come out and give recommendation, J&R also gave the same recommendations and was able to walk me through everything politely.

They took their time to fix the issue and called me every step of the way and explained what they were doing and if it was ok to proceed.

Overall great experience for a stressful event and they seemed to be honest and fair.
