Joe does great work and I highly recommend him. Joe worked on a major remodel which included routing gas lines and all plumbing lines (hot and cold water and drains). Passed inspection ms no issues and even helped us avoid some pitfalls. He's very professional.

Joe was awesome. First off, he showed up on time, professional appearances, professional demeanor and a smile. He came out, looked at the problem and showed me how fix it myself. I was flabbergasted that a service provider would do this, and I was worried that being a woman I would possibly get somewhat taken advantage of, like others in the past have done. I've even had contractors say that they'll explain it to my husband later. Joe was not like that at all. He explained the situation, the solution and how to fix in detail. He did offer to fix it, then and there but I decided to try it myself 1st, and if I messed up... I'd just call Joe.

Joe was recommended by our contractor to help with a remodel project we were doing when the initial plumber fell through. Joe was more than happy to jump in and even recommended someone to come help clear our drain clog while he was vacationing with his son and out of town (Greg the Drain Man did an incredible job and is highly recommended as well). But, back to Joe. He was on time, clean, did great work and reasonably priced. And, when one of our Ikea sink drains failed, he took ownership of that contacting Ikea himself to track down a replacement part.

Joe is a class act and great guy and you should not hesitate to call him immediately for whatever your plumbing needs are. We now have a new regular plumber...

He is a very kind, family man who explained what he was doing in a simple manner. He is genuinely awesome.

I'm a house sitter/friend to a family in tiburon and usually when I try to fix things in the house there are many people who try to rip you off, or can't make the drive. Mr. pontes is a gem in his field. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any sort of plumbing or water heater issues.
