I cannot say enough great things about J Plumbing Service. Our property manager gave us their name and John was incredibly responsive. His team came out the day after to install our outdoor heaters which involved running electric and connecting to our gas line. The ran discrete lines to the heaters and installed a switch. When one of the heaters didn't work properly they came back to fix and make sure it was working perfectly. They even trouble shot the problem with the manufacturer to resolve which impressed me. I would highly recommend J Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing or electric work. They will be my go to people for anything related going forward.

John and his team are responsive, competent, honest, and fair. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again. They fixed a leak coming from my shower drain, clearly explaining the issue, my options, and the plus and minuses with both.

Jesus came out on a very last min call. Definitely an emergency!!! Our sewer was backed up. He saved the day. He arrived early and down to work . Super quick by the way . Under a hour and had things running again. Thanks again ! Definitely recommend!!

The team at J Plumbing did an amazing job! Even when coming out for the quote they were very professional and knew the right questions to ask. They installed a Navien tankless water heater (which seems to be the standard in the industry as all three other companies quoted the same) with an 11.5 gpm water flow rate for THOUSANDS less than we were quoted by others. Since installation our hot water is consistent and never-ending! We are ecstatic with the results, and will look to J Plumbing for future needs as well.

I gotta hand it to John of J Plumbing and Willie, the nice, polite young man who installed my toilet.
On Wednesday morning, August 7th, I determined that the new toilet that I've needed for YEARS had to be installed by Sunday. I called Menard's and asked for the names of contractors who do this kind of work.
About 10 minutes later, John called me. Over the phone, he told me what I needed to measure to ensure that it would install properly.
He was very helpful and we talked 4 times between 10:45 and 11:21 which I thought was a lot. I asked for references, which he assured me were on the internet. The references were indeed quite glowing. I promised that I would not be a PIA client.
We agreed that he would pick it up at Home Depot and arranged for installation on Friday morning. He thought it could take 2 - 3 hours.
Willie arrived right at 9 and carried the toilet up to fourth floor (no elevator). He quietly installed it and cleaned up after himself and was out of there by 10:30.
I like my new toilet, I'm pleased with J Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.
