We woke up to the smell of something burning, then seeing smoke in our bedroom and the smoke detectors going off. We called 9-11 and found the source. Flames were blazing out of our Water heater.
After the firemen left we called Peck Plumbing and told them what had happened. They were wonderful. They made getting our water restored a priority. They were great to deal with, kind, patient and accommodating. I cannot say enough about the profession treatment and service we received, it was top notch.
Thank you Peck Plumbing, you and your team were precision and perfection. Peck Plumbing was exactly the right call!

Simple repair and they did it quickly and excellently: I stripped the fitting to the wall under a one-piece toilet. Turned out the internal plastic washer had disintegrated after a dozen years. Peck's guy Gene did an excellent job, used my Kohler parts, and charged me fairly. I am asking them to bid on replacing a 20-year old high end hot water tank, and some relatively complex fittings. BTW, my contractor had recommended them. Great pick for here near Alexandria VA.

Peck Plumbing is amazing! They usually come same day. They are responsive, efficient and professional. They've taken care of our house as if they own it. They've been able to do jobs other plumbing companies couldn't. Reasonably priced. Wayne is awesome!

I was on the West Coast when my son called and told me there was water leaking from the ceiling in the basement bathroom. We made a call to Peck Plumbing. We were given instructions to shut off the water and within a couple of hours a technician was out to the house he did extensive checking until he located a small crack in a pipe in the ceiling that had been leaking for a while. The plumber was extremely careful with the things. Looking forward to using them for bathroom fixture replacements.

I can't believe these guys are not on here yet. I called them late this morning about a burst pipe. Not only did they come out to the house when I asked them to come (due to a business meeting conflict) the guy did a superb job, was polite, made sure that everything was perfect before he left. The cost was way less than I expected considering it cost me a LOT more last year with a different plumber. I will never use another plumber again. John was courteous on the phone and like I said, the guy who came out to do the job was super! Everyone should be using Peck Plumbing for their repairs and remodling.
