Worst plumbing experience in my life...I am 65

It is not the fact that Wathans Plumbing did not repair my leak on the first attempt that bothers me, it is the fact that his firm has missed two appointments without a call and that the owner, Mr Wathan, is not returning my calls.

I have yet to speak with Mr Wathan...only his secretary
