Difficult to worth with, Jeff is an angry person. I paid $250 to diagnose a leaking garbage disposal seal and throw some putty on a torn gasket to repair so pretty over priced.

We come in and out a few times a year to our condo in Heber City. Came in the other day for a week and found the garbage disposal wasn't working. Called Jeff at JP Plumbing and while he told me he could get to me before we left town, he instead talked me through fixing it myself over the phone. Saved me a lot of money and more importantly, time. I didn't want to have to spend precious vacation time dealing with this. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future if we have problems. I received same day service while I was ignored by a bigger, five-star plumbing service that I had emailed the day we arrived, then called and left a message. Still haven't heard from them. Use JP Plumbing. Jeff is responsive and helpful.

I live in Daniel Utah. I had a problem with my boiler. I called another business but thay were booked out for a week. I had some one tapping on my shoulder to call him next. I called Jeff and he said he could be there in an hour or so. He came out, looked over the problem figured out what needed to be done. Jeff came back over the following morning with the needed parts and got to work. Had a little extra work becouse things were not lined up quite right, but he worked right though the repair and fixed the problems. So what I thought was wrong was not, Thank God. I thought I was going to replace the boiler $$$$$$$. I just needed two valves replaced with some matinence. Jeff was very fair on the price and my problem was fixed in less than 23 hours. Thank very Much Jeff.

We were very pleased with JP plumbing! We had a leak at the valve of our toilet and the toilet itself needed to be replaced. I didn't contact him until Friday evening and he was quick to come Saturday morning to help us out. He was very considerate and worked hard to alleviate the situation as soon as possible. We will definitely be calling him for all our future plumbing needs!

Jeff is the man! I call him the Nostradamus of plumbers because man can he correctly diagnose a plumbing problem. He masterfully diagnosed a broken pipe and it's tricky location and set about going through brick, Sheetrock, and a real tight fit to get our problem fixed. He knew exactly what to do, where it was, and which parts were needed. He works quickly and efficiently and really saved our family from a tight spot.

Jeff will tell you like it is and I so appreciated his kind and thoughtful manner. With other plumbers I often wonder if I am being taken advantage of, not so with Jeff. He is straightforward and honest. Give him a call!

This company is very rude and not worth your time. I had my sister call in and when she stated she needed to work out times their response was ""to bad you blinked"" and hung up on her!!! How pathetic of a company to hang on a disabled women who had to arrange a time. My father was taken ill and we had to work around family emergencies when a plumbing situation came up. They apparently don't need the business, so go to someone else. They are not worth your time or effort.

I would not recommend JP Plumbing. Jeff went to my cabin to replace a couple of faucets. I was in meetings so my wife and her sister went up to meet him. During the repair he became angry about something. And started swearing and yelling at my wife and her sister with offensive remarks. If I had been there I would have thrown him out! The faucets work but he plumbed the hot and cold backwards.
