JP Plumbing is a fabulous company. They were the only company that came to my house, out of the 4 that were sent to me by my home warranty company, that actually knew what they were doing. From the dispatcher to the plumbers everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Chris fixed my shower two months ago and it has worked great ever since. Jose and Rafael came to fix the gas line to my stove and leaking toilet. They were amazing!!! They knew exactly what needed to be fixed and repaired everything in a timely manner. It is so hard to find a trustworthy company but I trust JP Plumbing to come into my home for repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber and if I ever need a plumber again, I will not hesitate to call them.

JP Plumbing is amazing!!!!!!! Our shower has been dripping for over two weeks and we have been trying to figure out how to fix it, and it started getting worse two days ago. We have called a lot of places and everyone is charging through the roof just to come out. My husband's view of the service industry was very jaded until today.

Today, Jose Sr. came to save the day. You can tell how much experience someone has when they are able to fix the problem quickly and professionally. My husband felt like he could trust him as soon as he showed up on our doorstep.

You can tell this is a family owned business because of how they treat their customers.

Excellence is hard to find these days. I called them Friday morning with hot water issue they were at my house within an hour and had a new water heater on order by lunch time. Christian and Luis came out first thing today (Monday) and installed a new water heater. Super nice guys and very informative on what I should do to take care of my brand new water heater.
Did I mention my toilet was leaking and it was also fixed this morning. Couldn't be happier with JP Plumbing. I will be calling them every time.

Tried a couple of other plumbers on Fri. morning, but everyone was busy. JP came out within two hours, fixed my problem, very neat and very personable guy. I'll certainly call them again next time.

JP Plumbing is an extremely professional plumbing company -- from the scheduling, dispatcher and plumber. Our sink backed up and we called our home warranty around 5pm and they told us an individual from JP Plumbing will call in 24 hours. Like other companies, they did not wait till the 24th hour to call -- the called us first thing in the morning and gave us a 4 hour window. Note that they can give you a 30 min or 1 hour advance call before the plumber arrives. Let's just say it didn't work out on my end and I was not a happy camper and despite my frustration and "emotionalness", Patty and Willie the dispatchers listened, still very professional and courteous and made a way to have Jose come my home where I immediately apologized for the badness. He was gracious and immediately took care of the sink. Thank you for your kindness and graciousness! A+ in my book -- not many businesses are like this anymore.

What a great plumbing company! We had a hot water heater pipe burst. They returned our call quickly and came out and replaced the broken pipe as well as one other one that had the potential to burst as well. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and prompt. We had hot water again quickly. I will use this company again.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever used!!! They were a referral from American Home Shield (AMS) my home warranty company. Patty contacted me and we set an appt. to unclog my master bathroom shower drain. They unclogged it initially but then a short time later it was back doing the same thing. I again went through AMS and because of the recall for the same job AHS said the call would be free for me. Patty contacted me and gave me the choice of two appts. one that was in 30 minutes or the next day for a 4 hour window. I asked for a first morning appt. and was told they had no appts. till after Christmas, that would have been for four weeks. Patty continued to be rude and unprofessional. I contacted AHS who called her and suddenly they had an appt. the following Monday at 8 a.m. That appt. was suppose to be this morning, after 3 calls to them from AHS they never showed up and after AHS talked to Patty who continued to lie....initally she said the plumber left the shop at 8 a.m., then she said it would be 30 minutes before they arrived, then that changed to it would be 45 minutes before they arrived after the 3rd call back. If you feel like having your time wasted and dealing with the complete idiot they have answering the phone give them a call. If not call a plumber who truly shows up for appts. and can do plumbing.

I acutally would give them no stars but this blog doesn't allow that. THEY DESERVE NO STARS!

Luis came over and repaired our tub and our two sinks on Memorial Day when everyone else we called were not working that day. Thank goodness for JP Plumbing , they came during our emergency leaks and did a great job! Luis left nothing unattended and was able to meet all our plumbing needs on the same day!! So grateful!

We had a leak in an interior wall, and I needed someone ASAP. Patty, in the office, went out of her way to arrange a technician to come to the house that afternoon. She was very polite and extremely helpful. She called me to let me know when Luis was on his way. When he arrived, he immediately knew exactly what the problem was, which was a backed up AC condensation line. He showed me specifically what was happening with the pipes, then asked me to watch him fix it so that I'd know how to clean out the lines if this ever happens in the future, and also gave me tips on how to avoid this happening again. He was very polite, very professional, and cleaned up after his work was done. On his way out, I happened to mention a running toilet, and he said he'd fix that, too. Top notch, exceptional customer service! I'd recommend to all my friends in the area.
