Very unreasonable! Not willing to make an effort to fix minor problem. No communication until I called to follow up.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took over a month for them to send a ""plumber"" to my house after several calls. Finally sent a ""plumber"" to install a faucet. Came home to a vanity full of water. All supply lines were less then finger tight. Had to tighten all supply lines myself to prevent them from continued leaking. Jim the owner with an attitude accepted zero responsibility for the ""plumbers"" error. Saying the ""plumber"" has never had any complaints. But this was definitely his 1st!

Changed our shutoff valve and replaced the water meter. Did a great job and look forward to using them in the future.
