Great business! I had my central air conditioner serviced. The receptionist was friendly, and able to send a technician out within a very reasonable timeframe. The technician was prompt, knowledgable, and thorough in his work. All services were fully explained, and presented in a way that were easy to understand. The pricing was reasonable also. I recommend this business!

They sent a service guy out the same day that I requested help, maybe it was the next day, and the guy would not leave without doing it right. We purchased our charming fixer upper stone cottage in May 2018. When we discovered our stone fireplace chimney was in bad shape we decided to have a gas fireplace insert done by JP Heating. We were pleased with the work done on our fireplace so when our antique floor furnace began having problems we thought JP Heating would be the best choice to put in our complete new heating system. Boy were we WRONG! We had completely gutted our upstairs and had foam insulation applied. When our furnace was installed we immediately began having issues with unbearable heat in the upstairs area which we had planned on making our master bedroom. When the temperature in the downstairs is set at 72 degrees the upstairs area is running between 90-95 degrees. We contacted Mike at JP Heating and insisted on having two of the 4 heat ducts removed upstairs to see if that would help. No change. Mike kept giving us the excuse that it was caused by our foam insulation. I am totally unimpressed with this idiot who professes to be an expert on furnaces. The foam insulation was there prior to him giving us the quote of $13,000+ for this project. He should have taken that into account prior to installing such an over-sized furnace. We have since contacted 2 other heating/cooling companies who have essentially told us we got ripped off and it should have been done at almost half of what we paid. We were also told that JP Heating is notorious for over-sizing and over pricing these types of things. If you enjoy be screwed out of you hard earned money feel free to contact Mike at JP Heating. He's the man for the job.

I am so grateful for these folks. Mike went above and beyond to help me out. They came immediately when my heater would not work and followed up the next day. Mike helped me get my car going when my battery died. Thank you all so much.

I had to have them come out three times. I told them to replace the thermostat the first time and they didn't. Then after I gave him a bad review on Google they tried to get me in trouble with the zoning department so they could get even with me.

We have an 8 year old furnace that quit working. After calling the company that installed it and two other companies, we called JP. The guy ( Dave ) from JP came out when he said he would, which was a nice change from the other company's, acted polite and professional. After a short examination he thoroughly explained the problem and said he could fix it the next day. The next day rolled around and once again, Dave came out and fixed it and explained the fix, he looked over the furnace and suggested an inexpensive preventative maintenance item and did it.
I highly recommend this company because of their professional and well trained people. They said to when they say they will, their prices are reasonable, and they act professional.
