Huge shoutout to J & O Plumbing!

Just moved to a new house, and asked a local group on FB for plumber recommendations. Hands down, J & O were the highest & most recommended, and they do not disappoint!

Ended up having to call late at night for an emergency. Josh came over right away, and not only did he ease our panic when we thought we had a problem, but didn't (we have particularly noisy pipes without adequate insulation to mask the sound, we learned) - he checked out the rest of the plumbing in our house at our request and alerted us to some real issues. He promised to send his guys over the next morning to correct them. He left our house (without charging!) after providing great recommendations for some other needed services - and a relieved sense of confidence that we'd found an incredibly knowledgable & reliable plumber who could be counted on in an emergency. You can tell that Josh cares not only about his clientele, but genuinely about people.

Not only did we get top notch service that night, but we received the same level if top notch service thereafter from Anthony and Nick, who are proficient, on point, and are completely aligned with Josh in their interest in getting the job done right. They very clearly care about the job and the people relying on them. It's wonderful to meet professionals with such a great work ethic, especially in a new neighborhood. You can tell that Josh went out of his way to find the best team he could rely on and met that goal with these two. They went out of their way to be thorough, helping us with a few other issues they noticed, explained everything concisely, cleaned up afterwards, and lightened the mood without even trying by just being themselves (a sense of humor is always a bonus!). You can tell that customer service comes naturally to them because like Josh, they also care about people. Their prices are right and they did great work. Look no further! I highly recommend them!!!

Josh came out to give me an estimate on some drain issues for my shower but first gave me honest advice with how to deal with the problem prior to his visit to help improve my situation. His advice immediately helped and he came out on the Monday and we discussed a few issues I was having. One of his employees came out on the Wednesday and fixed a separate issue, did a great job and cleaned up after. I appreciate Josh's honesty and will use him for any plumbing issues going forward. Had a few plumbers come out prior to him and they gave me ridiculous quotes for more work than was necessary. Very satisfied and grateful!
