I am very disappointed with their customer service this week. They were scheduled to come Monday after 1:00pm to fix a faucet, but they called to cancel that appointment because the assignment ahead of us cancelled so they sent their plumber home early. They rescheduled Tue and cancelled us again because the plumber got done early and went home. I called their office about this and they said that was a normal operation and that sometimes they do cancel appointments. I guess for them it does not matter what the schedule of the customer is and how much inconvenience they put us on , for this experience they are definitely not high on the customer service ranking.

Been using J O Mory for over 25 years. Their work has always been good, and the prices fair. Replaced my furnace and ac last year, and their estimate was the lowest, work was completed on time, and professionally. Low pressure, and they did not try to oversell me. Recommended.
