Installer never showed up, did not call at any time through the day to inform us of his schedule that day. Dishwasher has been sitting a Lowe's for a week and a half, took him a week to contact us after two attempts by Lowe's to get a response from him. When Lowe's switched to another contractor, we heard from him the same ""HOUR"" to schedule. Then on the date of delivery and installation, ""NOTHING""!!! I will be talking to Lowe's management to remove him from, as he puts it on his Facebook page, ""Top 100"" in Excellence since 2017. This is a terrible way to run a business. Didn't even have the ""courtesy"" to answer his phone with a ""business"" greeting. I can't tell you how mad we are, at buying a $1500 dishwasher that someone can not see at that price is a priority. Our kitchen was a mess the whole day waiting on this jerk, and at 9PM NOTHING. By the way our window was 2-4pm. Going back to Lowe's tomorrow (4th contact with them about this same installer). DO NOT USE ""J&N HOME REMEDIES""! A BIG ""0"" out of ""5""!!!
