We have relied on them in the past had good service and i think fair if on the high side pricing for complicated problems in an old house. However for a simple drain unclogging last week they charge me 323$ because"" he had to pass the snake many times"".
i won't be calling them again.
i called on a holiday weekend, but elected to wait until tuesday because it would be less expensive!

Cannot give a higher rating to McKeeve Plumbing! I have used them for over 15 years and always great service. Today I called on a Saturday at 2pm for broken water heater. Left message with their answering service and got a return call within 5 minutes by Robert Flores. Robert was at my home within 10 minutes. He fixed my problem within 45 minutes. I also get service from Robert Gendron over the 15 years and he has given me the same excellent McKeeve Plumbing response & service. I will only use McKeeve & recommend to my family & friends

Saturday afternoon and the washing machine was backing up into a shower. One toilet plugged and now the second toilet too. Panic! Aifter 25 years here, we'd never had this predicament. Our regular plumber was in transit from Puerto Rico and his referral was swamped. Turning to recommendations on Next Door, McKeeve got good reviews for competence and their answering service was on the ball! Oscar responded in less than half an hour and was here in under an hour. Three access points, three routers and three hours later, the system was still clogged. The solution was to install a second clean-out to access this part of the system. Monday morning, bright and early, Oscar, his assistant and Jeff McKeeve himself were on the job, installed a 3"" exterior access point and cleared the pipes.
McKeeve gets kudos for response time, professionalism, communication and competence.

I've used this plumber before and was happy with the service. Currently, I have renters staying at my house and there was a leak under the bathroom sink. I called Robert and he was able to show up quickly and fixed the problem. Very nice to work with. I'll definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

I had a gas leak. I called a bunch of plumbers; difficult to find someone who wants to address this. I talked to Jeff on Monday. We made an appt for Tuesday. They showed up early & wore masks. They found our gas leak, and unclogged a drain. Everything was explained to me as they worked. I asked about a bunch of other on-going issues & got some guidance. I am really pleased & am very happy to have found a plumber I can trust.
