I'd like to heartily endorse Joe Puopolo's work.

I called him in the morning to look at a broken vanity trap. He contacted me shortly thereafter to say he could be there at 3pm. He called me later to inform me he could be there even sooner and showed up as expected.

After looking at the issue he informed me that the basin drain stopper was broken as well (which didn't surprise me since the whole vanity was so old). He had all of the parts in his truck and replaced the faucet, drain and put new connections on the water feed pipes (all in short order).

The price he charged was very reasonable to me for the amount of work he accomplished in a small amount of time (less than 2.5 hours).

This to me is old time craftsmanship the kind of which you rarely see anymore.

After having a bad experience with a different plumber I was extremely happy to find Joe here in Haverhill. He quickly found our leaking problem and resolved it just as quickly. To put things in perspective the previous plumber had said that we needed a new faucet.. oops. The problem was the water hose to the refrigerator.
Last point. He cleaned up the area. All in all a good experience.

Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me with the plumbing issues that I had. He wore a mask while working in the house and took care to clean up after himself when he was done. He even helped me move the gas dryer down off of blocks after installing a flex hose. Top notch service and will happily use this company again in the future!

Not only did he do a great job replacing and moving around some pipes for me, but he arrived EARLY and his price was UNDER his original estimate. When does that happen with a plumber these days?
