After having a bad experience with a different plumber I was extremely happy to find Joe here in Haverhill. He quickly found our leaking problem and resolved it just as quickly. To put things in perspective the previous plumber had said that we needed a new faucet.. oops. The problem was the water hose to the refrigerator.
Last point. He cleaned up the area. All in all a good experience.

Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me with the plumbing issues that I had. He wore a mask while working in the house and took care to clean up after himself when he was done. He even helped me move the gas dryer down off of blocks after installing a flex hose. Top notch service and will happily use this company again in the future!

Excellent job. Provided a quote online too install one kitchen faucet and one bathroom faucet, both touchless. He inhaled the kitchen faucet quickly and showed me how to use it. The bathroom faucet was the wrong model. My bad. I've returned it for now but will hire him again once I find the correct replacement.

Simply put, he is the best plumber you could hire in Andover, Haverhill, Lawrence, North Reading, Boxford, Middleton, or this entire area - and believe me, I called all of them before Joseph did our plumbing project.

His prices were fair and he did very careful and thorough work, evidenced not only by his craftsmanship, but also through his honesty. We have found our regular plumber and will be calling him back for more projects we have in mind in the future. He is licensed and insured, by the way - some people claiming to on Yelp are not, so be careful.
