Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me with the plumbing issues that I had. He wore a mask while working in the house and took care to clean up after himself when he was done. He even helped me move the gas dryer down off of blocks after installing a flex hose. Top notch service and will happily use this company again in the future!

Excellent job. Provided a quote online too install one kitchen faucet and one bathroom faucet, both touchless. He inhaled the kitchen faucet quickly and showed me how to use it. The bathroom faucet was the wrong model. My bad. I've returned it for now but will hire him again once I find the correct replacement.

Simply put, he is the best plumber you could hire in Andover, Haverhill, Lawrence, North Reading, Boxford, Middleton, or this entire area - and believe me, I called all of them before Joseph did our plumbing project.

His prices were fair and he did very careful and thorough work, evidenced not only by his craftsmanship, but also through his honesty. We have found our regular plumber and will be calling him back for more projects we have in mind in the future. He is licensed and insured, by the way - some people claiming to on Yelp are not, so be careful.

My wife and I got a washing machine and gas dryer delivered on Thursday and we reached out to a few plumbers to get a quote and earliest date they can come install it for us. Joseph replied back with a very fair quote and he was available for the following morning. He arrived next day and installed our gas dryer. I asked him about the floor drain pipe (for washing machine pans). He was very honest and I decided not to get the pan installed. After he was done, he helped me move the machines - my washing machine weighs 302 lbs! He was also very careful with not scratching my hardwood floors. I also inquired about getting some work from him in the future with my unfinished attic. He went up there to check it out and offered some really good advice for bathroom placement. Oh, he also takes payment via PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, and Check. I used PayPal!

I highly recommend Joseph for your plumbing needs in the case you are within his service area. Prices are fair, guy is honest, he takes online payments, and he gets the job done. What more can you ask for?

He immediately went to work, and also did some minor extra things to help me out. Really grateful for finding his info on Yelp and having him back next week for a pressure valve installation and in the future for a tankless swap.
