Does it take 3 months to install a heating system? It took longer with us and then it had to be ripped out!The dumb asses could not figure out why they were emptying the well; they hadn't installed a return, so the unit was not recycling water, so it burned- out!We had to start all over again with a reputable plumber who took two days!
Beware! Sleaziest people I have ever seen!

July 7, 2021 gave a $500.00 cash deposit for installation of a washing machine and sink. Mike took the cash and the installation manual with promises to schedule a date. It is now September 26 and I still have a washer and sink sitting in my living room. After missed and broken appointments, he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. Finally I sent a demand letter for payment and return of the manual. No response.

In my book, that is unethical and inexcusable.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and full of excuses. Don't trust this company if you are looking for them to stand behind their work and fix an issue after installation. They will take your money quickly, but will not be quick to respond or fix the issues after installation. We had a Rinnai tankless boiler/ Hot water heater installed by J & M Plumbing and it failed/ started leaking after just over a year of being installed. After paying almost $10,000 for this replacement you would expect quality work. After reaching out to Michael to get it resolved we are still waiting for a response on when the unit can be fixed. We have had to contact Rinnai directly to get this resolved and hire another plumber. Save yourself the frustration and look for another company. Please learn from our experience

My 15-year-old Rinnai tankless water heater started making clunking noises a couple of months ago, and they kept getting louder. After checking on the Rinnai website for a certified repair company, I called two near me. The first one didn't sound very professional over the phone, but J&M Plumbing & Construction did. I'm SUPER happy I chose to go with them. Michael, who's the ""M"" in J&M, offered just about the best customer service I've experienced in any business I've ever conducted in my 50 years of living. Honestly. He was extremely professional, very friendly, explained everything clearly, and was super patient in answering all my questions. I called in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, and two days later by the end of Thursday, he had installed a brand new updated wifi-enabled Rinnai that is super quiet, ultra-energy efficient, and ridiculously fast in providing hot water. Not only could he teach classes on water heaters (& I'm sure on everything else involved in plumbing and construction), but he could also teach classes on how to provide an outstanding customer service experience. I couldn't be happier with the level of service J&M provided.

work was done on 12/31/19, still have not received an itemized bill! What I have received was a lump sum bill of $5600.00. No response for 2 months on why to replace well pump and water tank (they were here for 6 hrs) it cost $5600! They talked up this loan program to help us pay for the repairs ( we had no water and no money) we thought these guys we a God send, my husband is disabled and I work part time, we have a 12 and 14 yr old in the house, we were desperate, and they took advantage of us.....

Get more than one opinion. Price in parts was way over inflated and we trusted them because they spoke so highly of their license. The things they said would be done are not there is less water pressure in my house since work was done. Tried to work it out with them and they did not try to help fix the issue. $4000 lost on a $1200 job (if that). Also would not respond once they were notified there was still an issue. Will be filing complaints and going as far as court if needed to settle this issue. was promised to get money back and never did and was brought smaller equipment than what we paid for after they got the payment in full. Be careful and don't pay in full till job is done right.
