Incredible. My furnace wasn't working and after determining an issue that National Grid had to resolve, they came back the same day and were able to rewire the furnace.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. After flooding rains a few weeks ago, my father had to replace 3 burners for his building. We used JM Mechanical for the first time and couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish, the crew was incredible. Joe, the owner, came buy several times to see how the job was going. We are extremely impressed with their work and will only be using JM Mechanical from now on. Thank you Joe, John, Jimmy, Ricky, Nick (and a couple of other guys who's names I did not get. You're the best!!!

I call them on Thursday morning and spoke with their receptionist for them to call me back to set an appointment for an assessment. Today is Saturday and I haven't hear from them. I understand if you are busy because we all are, but more than 24 and no call back is unacceptable. Moving to a different plumber.

BIG Thank you to Joe at JM Mechanical! This is SUCH a reliable organization. Joe has never left me waiting... he arrived at my house at 7:30am on a Saturday after I called him with an emergency. He came back on Sunday and sent a crew on Monday to finish the job. They are all amazing and I am so appreciative for Joe and his group! Reliable and honest!
