Call JM&J at 6:30 am and told him I needed to replace 6 shut off valves in both of my bathrooms. He quoted me a price of $200 plus tax and I was good to go. The quote was hundreds cheaper then 2 other plumbers I called. His plumber Brad showed up within an hour of my call and took care of everything promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company as I know I will use them again.

The absolute worst experience and customer service I have ever experienced. This company gave my husband and I a 5 minute notice prior to coming to install a air conditioning unit. Both my husband and I were working at the time of the call, when I informed Chuck the ""Owner"" that I could make arrangements to leave work early and be home by noon in order for the install to take place the same day he assured me it was still possible to receive the service that day. When I arrived home early from work at noon I notified the company and was informed by the dispatch Chris that Chuck was gone for the day and that the service could not be completed until the following day. I explained to Chris that I made arrangements with Chuck and he assured me the service could be completed the same day, I further informed him it was an inconvenience and reminded him that we had been living in a home with 2 small children and no AC. Chris then stated ""last week you said you had a baby in the home so you would have to leave the house and now your saying you have a job"" followed by hanging up in my face. After my husband stepped in Chris called back and gave many excuses for his behavior and poor customer service and proceeded to give me an apology stating ""when you said you had a baby I just assumed you were a stay at home mom I didn't realize you actually work"". I was extremely offended and I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

Fast and friendly service. Had a plumbing issue. Called and they were here within a couple hours!! They quickly fixed my problem and the cost didn't break the bank. He also answered additional questions i had on other issues as i am a new owner. Like what brands of toilet to get and the cost of replacing shower knobs. This company will be getting all my business and my families as well! Thanks again

These guys are great. Unfortunately for me, I had 3 separate plumbing issues in the last 3 months between my current home and a rental property I manage: water pressure/ water heater replacement, upstairs tub leaking through the floor, and backed up main drains. These guys came in and fixed the issues on the same day and the prices were reasonable compared to another quote I received. I'm a satisfied customer and plan on reaching out to JM&J again if something were to happen. Consider me a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them to friend having plumbing issues.

I have called this company many times thru the years(at least 10+yrs) for both plumbing and heating/air conditioning. They have always been prompt, their employees always friendly AND they get the job right.....the first time and so far, every time ! Even one Saturday while I was at work, I got a call from home that a water pipe outside(an old faucet) had burst, like always, I called JM&J and they had Brad there within 30 mins! ON A WEEKEND! Brad capped off the pipe, a miracle since it was so old and rusted ! Then came back on Monday while I was home. Explained everything and did a wonderful job on the repair. I've lived here in the high desert for years ,I have used others in the past.... these are the people that I trust and feel, have always treated me fairly and not tried to overcharge or take advantage of a bad situation ! Because usually when I call these guys, it's urgent ! I have no reason to call any one else.

My heater was just blowing cool air and with it 19 deg outside the room was getting very cold at night. Called JM & J first thing in the AM and they were here by 11 and fixed the problem by 11:30. Dave was great explained what was wrong and I'm warm again.

They are completely unprofessional. Called them out to my Apple Valley home to do an Annual Service on a roof-mounted A/C unit, because it was not getting the house below 80 degrees F. The service tech only spent 30 minutes max at the house, 1/2 of which was spent using a digital thermometer at the air registers and crawling around the attic. He did not clean the AC unit - no compressed air, no hose - nothing. Then he wants to send me a $2,600 estimate to replace my ducts. When I learned (from tenant) that they had not cleaned / serviced the unit, I called them to have them come back out. The woman who took the call gave me nothing but bad attitude, said that I had called for a repair (not a service call). Really Lady? I know what I said, and what I called for. Instead of sending the tech back out to do a proper service, she called back and said she had spoken with the owner (John - also unprofessional, in my opinion). He had decided to credit back my original charge and let me find another company.

I'm happy with that outcome, at least. My warning to other homeowners and landlords: BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS POORLY STAFFED OUTFIT.

Called JM&J on tuesday for a plumber to repair my kitchen sink. Thought maybe had a water flow problem since we were only getting a slow stream and soft spray. It took two hours and 125.00 dollars to determine the faucet was bad. Then to make matters worse, the plumber takes the faucet apart and damages it the point where there was no water coming from the faucet at all. Over the 4th of July holiday, we washed dishes in the bath tub, because the kitchen sink was unusable. Bought a new faucet called JM&J to install it, now they want to charge an additional 75.00 for installation. Not only did the plumber not fix my problem, he made it worse and charged me for it. BEWARE!!!! Since I have to pay an additional 75.00 dollars, think I will try some where else. Money down the drain.
