Let me tell you one thing Mrs. Jessica Lee it is very poor professionalism to call a customer a liar and evil. I have no reason to lie nor am I scared of ANYONE including your bullying people around. Y'all are the shakiest company I have ever seen and I work with a lot of people. I've spent $150,000 cash on my own home remodel I doubt I have a reason to lie over your so to say "$1000" worth of terrible labor skills that caused my home to flood. Not only do I have video proof but I have before and directly after pictures of what your installer did, along with 2 witnesses that were here doing work the whole time and heard and saw everything so I would advise you to back track on the name calling. As numerous times I tried paying you and offered to show you the bill from the other plumber so you would atleast deduct that and you wouldn't but I refuse to let your company try to steal from me. Yes of course my husband was mad because of how your husband talked to me as a woman and his wife. But the fact that you say I'm so scared of my husband is laughable. Also to correct you yes they were mad when they found out that I went ahead and paid with the job not being completed as agreed but your installer made it seem like he was coming back to finish, even my contractor talked to your installer personally at my house before he started working and he still did not complete what my contractor and I both told him. And to conclude, your comment above is exactly why people should be extremely cautious when thinking about contacting your company for work. Word spreads fast and I grew up in this small town so for any business I think name calling and threats will only be your demise. Reviews are reviews and my experience was terrible dealing with YOU and YOUR HUSBAND, it is not defaming, it is my true and honest experience. So we will be seeing you in court!

The heating element went out on our hot water heater. We had never used J-L plumbing before, but took a chance. The owner scheduled my appointment and seemed nice, although rather frazzled. The gentleman who came out (not the owner) was nice and "fixed" it in a timely fashion. Three days later, our shower drain clogged, so I called J-L Plumbing. The owner informed me he was three weeks out and couldn't do it before then. I asked who he could suggest, and he suggested Chris' Plumbing. They came out two hours later and unclogged the drain in 2 minute flat. The following day, I ran a bath for my two older boys. We ran out of hot water at 1/8 full, certainly not enough to bathe with. I wasn't going laundry, dishes, or using any other hot water, so I knew something was wrong. The next morning I showered and got about two minutes of hot water. I called J-L Plumbing and the owner (sounding frazzled again) once again informed me he was three weeks out and couldn't possibly come out. I was rather stunned, since I had just paid him $395 to fix the heating element on my hot water heater, only to have no hot water less than a week later. I said "Well is there some way you could come out? It seems unfair that I should have to pay someone else to fix what you should have fixed the first time."
"Don't you go gettin' snappy with me!!!" he barked. I proceeded to burst into tears because I'm a stay at home mom with three boys ages 5, 4, and 3 months, and a husband who travels all week for work. How I would make it three weeks without hot water was beyond me. I explained my situation and he told me he couldn't help me, but to call Chris' Plumbing again and if they couldn't come out he would "see what he could do." He also said if something like a clogged drain happens, they can go on those calls, just not something like my problem...WTF? I just called about a clogged drain...still three weeks...I called Chris' Plumbing and once again they came right out, determined someone (J-L) had set the two temperature settings on different temperatures, and he corrected it. Problem solved for $100, or the cost of a service call. Moral of the story is: Call Chris' Plumbing instead of J-L.
