These folks are knowledgable and friendly. However when they came out to check my septic, I gave them the map of where the tank and D-box was located. They sort of discounted the map immediately ""they are not always accurate"".

They said they could not find the D-Box and I needed to OK a $350 charge to use the snake camera. This is the same camera that other plumbers have used in my homes to check for cracks, clogs, etc...for free.

Turns out the D-Box was located EXACTLY where the map showed it to be. So, I paid $350 for them to use a camera (that others use for free) to locate the D-box that was located exactly where the map I provided them said it would be.

That hurts a bit.
