I am a Real Estate Broker and manage client real estate portfolios in the Riverside County and Orange County. In my line of work, I come across many many vendors. Bryson from J & L Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations for customer service and satisfaction. I had to get a wall heater, an antiquated wall heater, working for an inspection. Luckily Bryson was able to clear his schedule to check this for me. From the other quotes I received from other companies, Bryson was very honest and fair with his price to get the Single Williams wall heater up and running. He did not even try to sell me a new unit to replace. Even though he could have but he didn't? since he was able to get the wall heater working.

In short, the most important aspect of my review is that the next day, my inspection passed with flying colors.

Well my experience was great. At first Bryson told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could do the job of a new heater with air conditioning and redo the ducking. I said my son was getting married and I would be having many out of town guests staying at my house and having the rehearsal dinner, too. They worked me in two days later. They were on time, worked hard, and finished in 3 days. Yeah! 3 weeks later we hit almost 100 degrees outside and a cool 76 degrees inside. And Bryson had the best quote.

Bryson repaired my roof leak last March. It leaked again from the same spot very soon afterwards. He refused to come back to look at it. No warranty and services for his job. My attorney requested him to refund the money I paid for the roof leak. He never done it! Very bad service!

I had been getting quotes on ductless (mini splits) systems for our 50 year old Eichler home that has never had air conditioning. We knew Bryson and his family from church but didn't know that he did A/C. After getting several other quotes, we knew what we wanted and someone suggested us calling Bryson. WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE DID. Bryson's price was very close to the others but we knew that we would get personal attention from him. Our A/C was installed within a week and the other companies could not do the work until after the summer.
Bryson is a worker. He put in long hours and listened to us and what we wanted. We went with Mitsubishi as my research showed that it was best for what we wanted. I can't recommend this company enough.

Bryson was fantastic. Unfortunately our air went out during a major heat wave. He came out the next day as promised. He looked at our entire HVAC system and gave us the good and bad news. The good news was that our AC unit was fine. The bad news was that our furnace needed to be replaced. But, in the end, it could have been worse. The relays were completely shot and if the furnace had gone out in the winter, the fan wouldn't have started and the unit wouldn't have shut off leading to a major fire. Bryson was honest, reasonable and a very good person to work with. I would recommend Bryson to anyone without reservation.
