FAST RESPONSE to our clogged toilet problem! And through our home warranty! Other companies were given us appointments 2-3 days out and CHW reassigned us to J&K who were here hours later. Victor knew his job and explained water levels and such and took care of problem all under our plan! Will call them whenever problem occurs either with our warranty or not!!! Thanks!!!

LOOKING FOR AN HONEST AFFORDABLE LICENSED SERVICE? YOU JUST FOUND IT.

I confess this wasn't my first choice. My heat stopped working on our first night of temperatures in the 30s. In the morning I started calling all of YELP's top rated companies. I left voicemail after voicemail then called J & K - not yet rated. Julio (owner) picked up the phone and promised to come the same day. I crossed my fingers and hoped all would work out.

He found the pilot light had gone out. Didn't charge me, but I asked him to come back and do routine maintenance - including replacing my filters and also insulting the outside water pipe to my home (he does plumbing too.) His charge? $60 for everything including all materials.

But what really set J & K apart from the several companies that have serviced my heating, cooling and plumbing needs before is instead of using his knowledge and expertise to get me to spend more money - he told me I didn't have to spend as much as before.

So I made another appointment for him to repair some plumbing problems I have in my master bath - the same problems I had repaired in my 2nd bath. I paid close to $700 for those repairs - Julio quoted $120, including materials and labor.

I will report if my future experience differs from these, but I'm thinking this is a homeowner's dream - competent, no attitude, priced honestly, licensed professional. Now if he just did all the other kinds of house repairs I need done....
